So surprised at these other ratings. I live near the store and go often. *Always* have great experiences. Staff is friendly and eager to help. It’s also a really beautiful interior with exposed brick and lots of open space. Changing rooms have a pretty and relaxing set up. Such a better place to shop than other retail shops in Georgetown that are absolutely packed with people. It’s actually FUN to shop here. Stay tuned for their awesome sales!

I popped into Loft today and will not go back to this location. Unfriendly and unhelpful service.

Lousy service and bad attitude from the girls working in the dressing room on Saturday. They were so short and rude I was uncomfortable just sitting and waiting for friends to finish trying their items on.
On top of that, when you first walk in, the store smells funny. That’s too bad. I really like Loft but won’t be returning to this one despite having some decent deals.
