Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic, LLC

I did not have the best experience here. I was in considerable pain and booked my appointment and took a day off from work. When I showed up they told me that the doctor was not there and my appointment was canceled. I was never contacted and when I expressed my frustration that they didnt tell me it was canceled before I made the trip into the city– they seemed not to care. They tried to reschedule me for a few days out right in the middle of the workday. I explained that I have job that makes it hard to leave in the middle of the day (hence why I took a day off). It was clear they just didnt care. Eventually I came back had an appointment and the desk had previously gave me bad info about what forms of payment they took so I had to go hobble to an ATM and incur a fee to get cash. Then they still billed me weeks later and I had to spend an hour on the phone correcting the problem. The medical professionals were fine, but am looking for another place to go for the next appointment.
