I needed something super-​duper simple — 4 photos printed on regular paper, nothing fancy. After emailing the images to the store from my phone (which I had to do using cellular data because their in store wifi doesn’t work), the guy working here said it would cost like $ 30 because the images were a high resolution and shrinking it would cost $ 7 per image just to shrink it.
Now mind you that «shrinking» the image meant they had to check a checkbox labeled «shrink image» on their computer and do nothing else. They literally spent more time arguing with me about the price of clicking a checkbox than it would have taken to do it and get it over with. Note that clicking that checkbox takes no time or effort and costs them no money. It’s just something they decided to charge me «just because».
After steadfastly refusing to pay them $ 30 to click a checkbox, he said my alternative was to use their computer to print it myself. Their computers charge you by the minute, so this cost me slightly less. I decided to go that route, and again, they spent more time getting me setup on the self-​service computer and showing me how to enter my credit card than it would have taken to click those check boxes.
Just rediculous

I’ve been in here several times to use their printing services. They’ve got free wifi, the staff I’ve worked with were very helpful, and the price for printing black and white sheets is pretty reasonable for low quantities ($.13/​page).

This is a small satellite office but its well organized and maintained the staff is extremely friendly.
