Don’t go here. Just don’t.
I just mailed two packages the location at 999 9th St. NW Washingotn DC 20 001, which is located in the lobby of the Renaissance Marriott. Only after I had filled out all of the paperwork and submitted my payment was I told that because this is a hotel lobby location, there is a $ 10 handling fee per package. If I had had more time I would have canceled the transaction, but because I was in a hurry I was forced to incur the exorbitant charges.
In fact, just don’t go to FedEx– see my review of their Capitol Hill location.
This is a terrible, terrible company.
