Excellent service from this company. Very knowledgable owners as well as the hair stylists. We are long term customers with this company. We have never had any problems getting appointments for our daughters and we have been satisfied on each and every visit. I strongly recommend Cornrows & Company, a well established business and an excellent service provider.

Although I am no longer wearing natural hair, I still refer friends and relatives to this salon. I wore two-​strand twists for many years, and in my very conservative professional position, I was always complimented on my natural hair.
I think the commenters may be referring to some of the drama that unfortunately plagues many of our families. I don’t judge… I just get my hair done. And they do a fine job.

I can’t believe this place has stayed in business. Friends, here is breathing proof that if you write a book, people will fling money at you for no good reason!
Owned by Pamela Farrell, author of the «bible» of natural black haircare, this shop is supposedly the end-​all-​be-​all.
I have NEVER gotten my own hair done for these reasons:
1. You must schedule a consultation at least a week before your hairstyling. So if you show up with your hair ungroomed, they’ll look at it but not style it for you!
2. They NEVER call you back when you call to make a walk in request.
3. The RUDEST, most ghetto people work here, so you’re treated like trash on the phone.
Save your money and go to Salon Revive instead.

Unfortunately, I have to give this place «one» star. I have been to this place on more than one occasion. The owner and staff are very unprofessional. Also, the people that work there don’t appear to be very knowledgeable of all natural hair types.
