I went into the Corner Bakery on 14th and F just now, and had a male worker loudly comment on my appearance as I walked by him. When I came back to confront him, and to remind him I was a customer who shouldn’t have to deal with sexual harassment, he simply rolled his eyes, turned his back, and called me a b under his breath as I walked away. I didn’t make a scene; just called and reported him to his manager. His manager didn’t even seem fazed, so I guess I’ll be writing an email to corporate. Whenever I go in this establishment, the workers are very unprofessional-gossiping about coworkers and arguing with each other. I have also been sexually harassed a few times. This last time was just too much. I will not be returning.

The only saving grace od this corner bakery location is the quality/price of the food. Usually, customer service isn’t enough to kill a rating but here it is. The staff is consistently unable to deliver during the lunch rush. Even when it’s not busy, they often forget orders and the cashiers act like you’re taking them away from something more important. If you don’t sit near the kitchen, there’s a good chance you’ll see your food getting lazily walked up to you half an hour later. Great food, but with other great options like the new panera and devon&blakely, it’s really just not worth it

I have used CB catering at Tysons before with no problems. Wish I could same the same about the National Press location. After my delivery was over an hour late in October, I vowed never to use them again. After softening my stance, I decided to give them one more chance this past weekend. Always follow your first instinct, it never steers you wrong! I did not and got burned yet again. And again, they were over an hour late with the delivery. To make matters worse, they NEVER call to keep you updated on the status, you always have to call them and then get the run around. I will NEVER, EVER use this location again and warn others when considering them, to think twice.
