Awesome, awesome, awesome doctor. She always answers all of my questions and makes me feel like an important patient. I’ve been seeing her for 10 years now. She’s at the Georgetown University practice, which has some drawbacks. The wait time can be really long if they’re backed up. And it can sometimes be hard to get an appointment, sometimes a month or more. (I recommend scheduling in the morning, if possible.) Not Metro accessible, though the D6 bus stops right out front. The other drawback — if you have a baby there, you’re not guaranteed that your doc is going to deliver him/​her. It’s whoever is on call. Dr. Colie did not end up delivering my child, but the doc who did (who is no longer at GU) was terrific.
