Yes, it’s a hole in the wall, but you would be pressed to find a full Chinese meal and a drink in downtown DC for under $ 5. Take out is usually most popular during lunchtime when you can see folks pretending to be in a hurry so this was their last resort. The food is always made to order, but if you’re really in a hurry (or that afraid to get caught), you can order their special of the day for quicker turnaround.
Oh, and be prepared to smell greasy if you decide to eat there.
