The customer service can sometimes be not as welcoming as they should be, but they’ve never been rude. The food is quite greasy, but what else would you expect from a place like this? Overall, not bad. The sandwiches are delicious, as are the different varieties of fries.

I ordered a turkey cheddar sandwich which I can’t complain about, I would get it again. My wife got the buffalo chicken sandwich and we both didn’t like it. The meat was cooked thoroughly but it was chewy, the sauce was disgusting. We will never order it again. Fries weren’t bad.

All of the sandwiches I’ve had from Charley’s where amazing. The cheese steak deluxe is my absolute favorite thing to get from here.
The only reason I didn’t give Charley’s 5 stars is because there is one cook there (I think his name is Norman) he can be a complete prick as if he is better then everybody that comes to the place. Don’t get me wrong he makes an amazing sandwich but his attitude is horrible. It got so bad one day that my wife complained to the manager and he gave us a credit for the amount of what we ordered so we could get food free the next time we went there.
Side note: ‘I know what some people are thing ya she’s military spouse no surprise that she complained about something.’ She never complains she isn’t one of these «privileged» dependa-​potomuses that will complain if you even look in their direction. Like i said this guy swears he is above everybody and started talking down to my wife and she complained.
