Bad service. We’ve been in three times since just moving here and the commissary has been closed for two days and each time, we haven’t been treated nicely AND our order has been messed up. Also, why drive around to the front when there’s no one behind us in line? We tried to add a drink at the window and the employee told us that we can’t do it and would have to drive around. I must have gotten the dirtiest look. What the heck, people, take some pride in your job. I’m not a mean customer– why am I getting bad service?

They are never pleasant… to the point of losing customers. I have done the customer surveys and mention it every time so maybe some CEO somewhere will see it. but I guess they don’t care. We had an issue once and the manager called us and invited us for dinner and that was great, she was great and I am sure she made sure the burgers were done perfect. She came by our table and talked us and she really was great, however her crew is out of control. There is never a thank you or have a nice day. They act as if your bugging them when you come to the drive up window. They have told us that the specials we saw on TV were over when in fact we found out later that they just didn’t want to bother. The .com says they are open till 9 or 10 but they are almost always out of there by 6. They got some cheap dollar menu cheeseburgers and had to go back because when we got home they didn’t have cheese… ??? We took three of the five back as the other two were in the process of being eaten by little boys who were there for a visit…(have you ever tried to pry a hamburger out of the hands of a hungry boy, warning. don’t try it) and the guys at the window gave us three new CHEESE burgers. we asked for two more and we actually had to fight them for them by going in to see the manager, remember these were dollar menu items only. The next day we got some for our dogs… and pulling up to the window they recognized us and said in a mocking tone that these actually had cheese on them… I am afraid to go back because I think they are capable of spitting on our food. I am sorry. it had to be said. Bad place… Bad… Bad. Really sad too as there are no other fast food options available on this base, at least after the food court inside the BX closes. They could do a kick butt business if they 1 stayed open as long as they are supposed to, and 2 had some customer service skills and actually cared if they had customers or not.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to in my military career(went to BK twice before I joined). These employees are extremely rude and are out of something EVERY time I go. So tonight I decided to get a shake for the first time in over a month and lo-and-behold, the machine is broken! Corporate needs to do something about this less than mediocre establishment. Will never return here again or recommend.

Does not qualify as fast food during business day lunch hour. The drive thru will take you over 25 minutes.

New to area, so being picky on food choices is a no go. Stopped in, no wait and service was good. Food was hot, fresh, and correct. Maybe all these other reviews didn’t come on a weekend.

We drove through on Saturday morning, ordered a breakfast sandwich and a whopper, and were told to drive around and wait for delivery. It was delivered cheerfully and hot, and both sandwiches were advertising picture perfect… Which just never happens anywhere so kudos are due. No complaints. No, wait, my companion didn’t like that they referred to «dropping» the burger when they were talking about cooking it. He suggested they use a different verb. That’s probably not worth removing a star… Ok, 5 stars it is.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. They have limited hours due to being on a military base so you’d think when they ARE open they’d be more efficient. ABSOLUTELYNOT! I have waited 20 – 30 minutes in the drive through and they have gotten my order wrong or had horrible food every time I have gone through. They are lucky they have the security of being on a military base and there aren’t many other options.

It says its closed on Sundays, but its definitely open. Service isn’t great, food isn’t as good as traditional burger kings and I’m almost positive they don’t have as much of a selection. We just moved on base so we got fast food while unpacking and they never messed up the order, but i think other restaurants give more fries with their orders. For those prices, I wish they would have a smash burger or a chipotle on base. You pay 5 dollars for a burger and you can almost get a burrito for that.

Awful awful place! Everything people said is true. The best place that can happen to this place is to let it burn to the ground. This is what happen when its mandatory to hire local people to work on base. They need to hire people that will actually work!

Have some time to kill? Like waiting in lines only to be met with rude person who then tells you to hold on? Well step right up! We’ve got the worst Burger King in the area! Everyone waits at drive through microphone for 5 minutes each BEFORE placing their order. By the time you get your food it’s practically thrown at you by an angry person. This place really hates their customers

Ok so let me tell you about my last few encounters with this BK. First its a 50% chance that these people that work here are paying attention enough rather then screwing around with each other to get your order right(yeah you can see everything from the drive thru window). So this time i went and not really a surprise that these people are rude while taking your order. So as soon as i get my food i check it right by the window incase anything is messed up… The lady sees me still sitting there and turns around«umm excuse me can you move up so the timer isn’t still running» so as soon as i said as politely as i could that i was checking my order she gave me a death look and poked her head back inside. So another good one was when me and my wife went through the drive thru. For some reason they order WAY too little of the food they need so the first three things i tried to order they where out of… I turned to my wife«are you kidding me» apparently the lady thought i cursed or something cause she shoots back over the speaker«excuse me are you kidding me using that kind of language everybody can hear it in here» ok well first off lady i didn’t curse second off hows about we invest in a head set instead of a loud speaker. After that little out burst from these obnoxious people i told them never mind and just left.

Is being rude part of the job description here? How about slow? Have a 30 minute break, why not come here and spend 25 minutes in line, not get a greeting or a thank you? No apology for the wait, nothing. God forbid you want condiments, these will come with a roll of the eyes, a grunt and an attitude. If you hate your job so much, why don’t you quit and let someone do it who will actually appreciate it?
