My friends and I organized a trip to this location to take advantage of the heavily advertized customer appreciation FREE CONE DAY. When we arrived, a tiny sign informed us that this location chooses not to participate anymore as it has in the past. Too bad we didn’t call ahead — oh wait, we did, and the owner couldn’t be bothered to let customers know ahead of time with a message. Waste of a lunch hour for all of us. It seems the «anti-​corporate» «anti-​big-​money» message of Ben and Jerry’s is just so much marshmallow fluff because they don’t live by their values. We’ll never come back.

This is the WORST Ben & Jerry’s location! My husband and I went last night, originally to Jamba Juice, because we wanted a smoothie. Jamba was closed, so we tried Ben Jerry’s, since they were open, and had a giant sign advertising their smoothies. The girl working behind the counter stared at us while we decided what we wanted to order, and then when I told her what we wanted, she told us that we could not have any smoothies because she had already cleaned the blenders, and since they weren’t a smoothie shop, she didn’t HAVE to make them. Ok! Guess we’ll take our business elsewhere…

I’m with Tim, I don’t know how the ice cream actually was since the cashier was too busy on her phone to even acknowledge my existence, so I walked away, and that’s too bad, I love ben and jerry’s

Cashier was a bit distracted by some friends she was talking too, but was very nice when she helped us. I used a google offers $ 5 for $ 10 of ice cream. Ice cream is good, kind of hard to mess up this stuff!

Frankly I probably shouldn’t rate this place because I didn’t get any service. But that’s why I’m rating it: no service.
Get your cashiers off the cell phone and have them attentively awaiting the customer order. I did not order because clearly it was an inconvenience for me to interrupt his phone call.
