Wow. My kids begged me for happy meals and out of sheer necessity, I obliged. I must’ve had amnesia because this experience was no better and reminded me why I’m never going back to this store. My hot food was luke warm but look at this DISGUSTING side salad they just sold me not ten minutes ago. This thing looks like it’s been sitting on a counter for two days in the sun. I’m convinced that they NEVER would’ve handed me such a rusted salad IN the restaurant but because I came through the drive thru(which was actually speedy this time, give credit where it’s due) they figured they could pawn this disgusting salad off on me because I wouldn’t notice until I was long gone??? Bad business practice. Worst McDonald’s on the face of the planet. Seriously.

Have tried this place on and off for months to see if it gets better. It hasn’t. Drive up is slow even if there is only 1 car ahead of you. If you go inside its as if you are bothering them when you order. The food is fine except on off times the hamburgers are not hot, probably taken from the warmer and not made fresh. Inside needs updating and better lighting. Convenient location but now I’ve been going to Burger King. Fast service with a smile and thank you, and food is hot and fresh.

This McDonald’s is by far the worst ever. Not only does the drive thru take at least 20 mins even if your the only one in line but they’re prices are a lot higher than other McDonald’s. For example the #2 burger meal is $ 5.99 here but at the other McDonald’s in Warwick it’s $ 4.29…so your wait times suck and you over charge, nice job.

Do not ever ATTEMPT to go this drive thru as it can take upwards of a half an hour to order your food and get it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to leave because of the wait and head over to Burger King. Tonight was the last time I will ever TRY and go thru this drive through. Absolutely the worst drive through in the history of drive thrus. HORRIBLE!!!

Was disappointed yesterday, how can McDonald’s not have sweet & sour sauce? Is there an issue with the person doing inventory, the manager? Also no ice cream or shakes were being served. Two fails in one visit!

SLOWEST service ever! 2 parties ahead of me inside at 5:30 on a Wednesday. One of the parties was just getting a happy meal. I just wanted 2 happy meals. 20 minutes to order, and they still got it wrong. The only reason I even went inside was because they are usually so slow at the drive thru.

This McDonald’s is in sore shape of an interior update. The only seating provided is by tables and the seats of the chairs always sink in, making for an uncomfortable dining experience. There is no ability to refill the drink on your own, you have to go up to the counter and ask for a refill for each refill. I have experienced a wait in the drive-thru that had 3 cars backed up prior to the car that was ordering. Recently I ordered a Shamrock shake from the drive-thru and when I managed to receive the shake it was half green and half white. When I asked the young employee if he could re-make the shake so that is was green and not half-and-half he looked at me like I had three eyes until a young manager took the drink from his hand and directed him to re-make the shake. Besides the multi-color shakes, the food has been fine(for a McDonald’s). It certainly isn’t my first choice but for a fast-food selection but is convenient for me due to its location. If any other fast food place opened up near it, I would probably frequent that instead.

Worst McDonald’s!!! Every Friday or Saturday just before breakfast switches the night manager always has computers down or some excuse to push you away. Then, you drive by and NOONE is inside! This has happen four times to my roommate and I and, frankly, it’s unacceptable. Mistakes happen but with the consistently poor service I receive from here is beyond annoying. During dinner I notice the staff is friendlier but regardless this Ronnie’s, like most, is skeeze!

Waiting 40 minutes for McNuggets is pretty amazing. Real perservearance there, champ. This place is no better or worse than other McDonalds. Me, personally, I have had good, fast service there. Orders is awayls correct and for the most part fresh. Drive thru can be a llttle bit of a wait, but not 40 minutes. Give it a try, you won’t be dissapointed. Breakfast sucks, but then again I have never had a fast food breakfast that was good, so I say go for lunch or dinner.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE. its a Mcdonalds food taste like all the others. Service wise I have not seen such horrible service anywhere. in the Morning there is 1 employee who looks like she should not be there and constantly messes up the order. went there the other night to get nuggets for the kids and waiting over 40 minutes in drive thru.(so much for fast food right). and if that was a one time thing i would be ok with it but this is a constant for this place. managment is horrible to let this continue
