McDonald’s

WORST MCD ever. Maybe they need to understand and comprehend ENGLISH. Large Black coffee, cant be any simpler than that. Nope ICE coffee with cream and sugar, sent back, small coffee with cream and sugar, Nope sent back, large coffee with cream and sugar, nope, sent back, large coffee with cream, Nope sent back. Next day same issue. I tossed the coffee in the parking lot would not go back, drove 5 miles to a different McD.
Order food here before as well, can not comprehend how to listen and push appropriate buttons, additionally watched one eating fries out of containers being provided to customers, what next you going to drink my coffee to see if its right… and you want $ 15 an hour! hell no, McD please get automated robots…

I would give a zero if I could, horrible service and my food is always wrong. Not to mention the gross curly black hair that I received in my burger. After reaching out to the owner to express my dissatisfaction, I got a templated response informing me that they would alert their vendor to my complaint about their food. Avoid at all costs!

Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru — only one person on the line. Car before me was waiting for them to take his order when I drove up-​because the cashier could not take an order and give food. Not sure who the manager was but the person who took my order and gave me my food was not happy. Not a positive experience.

A new low for McDonald’s they no longer will give you a cup for water with your meal.
One of the worst mc Donald’s ever. Slow service. Every other order was messed up. The quarter pounder tastes like it was cooked last week. Dry as shoe leather

«Basic math» isn’t basic for everyone. Girl took forever counting a few coins then hesitantly gave me wrong change knowing she was wrong. *sighh* Food was fine, though.

It’s McDonald’s…BUT…when paying hard earned money I’d like SOME customer service… the male manager (semi bald) was HORRIBLE… the other staff was working HARD… I respect that… but when the Manager provides DEPLORABLE service what
is his staff learning???

First all, it’s a McDonalds. You are not by any stretch engaging in fine dining.
This one is next to a Walmart, so you get a lot of customer overflow from there. Yes, it does get busy. Drive through takes forever, so I’d just go inside and take it to go.
Staff has never been anything but courteous to my family and me, and if something does get screwed up, they go out of their way to fix it. I’m not a SUPER regular but I’m in there once or twice a month and they remember our names. Food’s always hot, so no qualms there either.

It’s McDonald’s a huge chain fast food restaurant and here in RI they are every few miles usually 3−5miles from a highway exit making it convenient to go through the drive thru. This McDonald is no different, same distance to highway exit, same mustard yellow and red with a statue of Ronald McDonald himself out in front. They have our door benches if you wish to sit in the sun.
I don’t like their burgers. The meat is flat, no taste and chewy. Not my thing. However I do like that their chicken nuggets are now all white meat. Their fish sandwich isn’t bad taste wise, but fish itself is super small, cheese is thrown on landing half on wrapper, tarter sauce decent from a jar. Now if you like salty fries/​hash browns then this is the fast food place for you. Also I like that their kids meals come with apples and a go gurt so it breaks up the fry and meat intake for your child. Breakfast is decent. Eggs aren’t fresh come pre-​made in square form, but rest of sandwich is ok.
This store 2 out of 5 times never has their soft serve working. Bummer… Inside here is pretty clean. Bathroom decent.

At this McD’s the quality is the same but at least they always get my food order correct.

I have been to the Mcdonalds a few times, only when I am craving Mcdonalds. You must admit they advertise Alot! The service here is usualy terrible, but on this occasion it was good, the staff was friendly and the food came out fast. I ordered a Filet O Fish. After taking a fee bites, I find that the fish is actually a black color!!! Disgusting!!!
Maybe all the stories I see on the tv are accurate, they dont use real meat or fish. Its something else!
Do yourself a favor and try to stay away from Mcdonalds in General!

I usually don’t write reviews about McDonald fast food restaurants but needed to write this one. So we visited the Warwick area for a few days in August and went through the drive through at this McDonalds twice. On the first occasion we ordered chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce, said it on the screen and on the receipt, well we got sweet and sour sauce instead. The second time we went we again ordered chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce, again said it on the screen and the receipt… again we got sweet and sour sauce instead… this time they also shorted us a large french fry. Luckily we checked the food prior to leaving so we drove back around to the drive through. I was thinking maybe they are just out of barbecue sauce… nope they had it. So twice in a few days they did this to us and who knows how many other customers… maybe due to laziness or just not caring but the lack of good customer service shows. We will never eat at this McDonalds again.
