I live around the corner so I go into Busa a few times a month. I usually find what I am looking for and find new favorites by grabbing a few singles they keep at the back of the store. I would have never known I liked IPA’s if I hadn’t grab a few from the shelves. Basic wine selection. Every once in a while they have someone in handing out free samples so it is fun to try something new that was as well. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. In all the years going to Busa I have only run into 2 cashiers who were less than friendly. Pretty good track record if you ask me.

Called around pricing a bottle of pinot grigio that’s a new family favorite. Busa had it at a lower price than a couple of other local shops. Cindy was super friendly, quickly confirming it was in stock and put bottles aside for us to pick up later in the week for my mother’s 90thBD party. Mom’s not a drinker but she loved this wine when we had it recently at the 1st of her 3BD celebrations so it’s important to have it on hand at a reasonable price to get her smile going a little faster at the party :) Will have to check out the rest of Busa’s stock, certainly want to support friendly, helpful and decently priced local businesses.

Rarely am I satisfied with the selections they keep in stock… when the stock. I avoid this place and find better variety at several other of thier competitors.

Pretty good selection of beers. I was a little disappointed that they don’t stock much in the way of stouts and porters — for example, they had a number of Allagash beers but not the Black and Flying Dog beers but not the Gonzo. However, they did have a surprisingly good selection of hard ciders(e.g. Angry Orchard and Stella Artois). The store was bright and clean and the staff was prompt and polite. I can’t speak to their expertise or the wine/liquor selections.
