I mean yeah its kinda decent size and a lot of flea markets are charging to get in but even if you go once a month nothing seems to change. But can find some good things when looking don’t forget to go upstairs.

They no longer charge 50 cents to get in, so that’s a plus. This place is pretty sad though. There are about six stalls and they seem to sell either drug store items(laundry soap, toothpaste, etc.) or a random assortment of knick-knacks. I did spot a box of used records and the owner offered to go to his car and pull out another crate of them for me. Scored some Chuck Berry, Bob Dylan, and Madonna singles. I did however over pay a little for them. I was the only patron in the store and couldn’t bring myself to do to much haggling with him. I did however appreciate that his collection was nothing but good stuff. I didin’t have to wad through polka albums to find treasures.

50 cents admission, smells like a dirty garage, average crowd is 65+ years old, small. Absolute rummage everywhere. I walked to a corner where a 75 year old man was selling knives and swords. He said,’ You wanna see the coolest thing here??’ He then grabbed for his belt –to which I awkwardly looked away for a moment, when he pulled out a knife from his belt buckle. Yeah it was cool… I also got a chuckle at cans of tuna and mayonnaise for sale??? Why do you sell food at normal to high prices at a flea market??? Nothing really seemed worth its while, the only thing I would go in for is the DVDs. Some lady was selling them used at $ 2.50 each and she had a TON of them. But truthfully, I wont be coming back.

I’m hesitating to write simply because everyone we talked to was so nice. At some point these were truly someone’s treasures but today it was just a lot of junk. It was only 50¢ to get in so I guess if you do score something good it’s worth it.

I have been coming to this flea market since its humble beginnings and it has grown quite a bit not in size but in organization and quality of goods. this is a small flea market but it has some good deals and a a mix of new and old. When this place is busy *which it isn’t very often) the parking can be a bit rough. Over all worth a look at least once.

Thought we would kill an hour or so and take the kids to check out the Flea Market that is set up a few miles from our house. It would be more aptly named a «Cricket Market» since that was the only thing we heard on our stroll through the aisles in this converted garage space. We plunked down our 50c each for my husband and me… the three kids were a free ride. I had high hopes that the admission, though meager, held the promise of treasures hidden just inside the doors. We did find a fellow selling some interesting sports cards immediately inside. Not our thing, but I guess worth checking out if you’re a collector. There was also a leather shop with some pretty good prices. Biker chic stuff at decent prices — again not our thing either. And those were the two high points. We made it through the run of the joint in less than 15 minutes. Oh — they did have a booth that just sold owl kitsch… ceramics. So if you like owls, this place is a great opportunity for you to stock up. I don’t want to knock someone trying to make a few bucks off stuff they don’t need. We do our yearly yard sale purge. But even so, you don’t want to pay 50 cents to check out stuff that looks like the direct result of someone’s dumpster diving expedition. Ball cards, biker leather and owls. Oh my.
