The service was terribly slow. OUTSTANDINGLY slow if you take note that it is considered ‘fast food.’ The staff couldn’t seem to manage more than one customer at a time. While we were waiting to place an order, the lady snapped at us. It took over 10 minutes just to place an order in the drive thru because apparently attending to one other customer requires all staff member’s attention. The only plus was that you could choose sides from KFC in your Long John Silver’s meal.

Don’t ever expect to get grilled! They are usually out, so the manager told me to call in advance. I called at 8:20 and they told me the grill machine is already off! Really? You don’t close until 11:00!

Very rude staff and the food tasted like it was made last week. Asked the manager for fresh fries and he said they were closing and refused to refined my money! Very rude! Never going back again! I don’t think they really care if I do!

I don’t review fast food. You know what you are getting. I’m reviewing this place, b/​c I want to warn people that this is the slowest ‘fast food’ kfc I have ever been to. If you happen to be driving through the little podunk town of warrenton and are looking for a quick bite, don’t stop here. That’s my warning.
