My son needed an adjustment to his brace and it happened on the 4th of july when the office was closed. Dr. Errera was on call that day and I felt so bad bothering him but he was able to determine by a picture I sent him that it was a simple fix. Luckily Michele was close by the office and opened it up just for us before her bike ride. They have always been pleasant to deal with and this was just another reason we are happy with Griffin and Errera.
