For me the test of a dunkin is the quality of the chocolate cake donut.
And this place did it right! They even had munchkins for tasting! Who does that?
I’m also excited that there is a dunkin near the family. It used to be 30 – 40 miles from them, so maybe i’m just happy to have anything!
The location is great, straight in or out from 17.
The staff does their best! The owners are sweet, but really aren’t up to snuff on how to serve the coffee, use the cash register or pick the right thing to charge you for — so make note when you get rung up. But their other staff is spot on.
We had donuts and coffee both times after lunch when it usually the worst to get anything fresh and both times they were optimal freshness for me!
I’m super happy they opened and hope they stay for a while!

I have yet to ever get a fresh donut from this place. Ask for decaffeinated and they will just give you caffeinated coffee if they run out of decaf, not good if you have a heart condition. Ice Tea should be called colored water.

I love donuts and there are two things I look for: that magical freshness and a good amount of filling. The three times I went to this store in the last 2 months the donuts were not that melt-​in-​your mouth fresh. They taste like they were fried a full day earlier. The fillings (lemon and cream) were just little dabs. On my third visit I asked the cashier why the fillings were so sparse and she promptly said she’d mention it to the store in Manassas where they are made. By contrast, I frequent the Ranson WV store a few times a week and those are fresh, even in midday, and filled nicely.

Customer service is very on point and the General Manager will definitely recognize repeat customers and give them deals. First hand experience! I definitely recommend this location over the Gainesville and Walmart location.

Drive thru coffee is a godsend when you’re on the go. Ordered an iced hazelnut latte since it was so hot and humid out. It was very tasty.

Asked them for what was fresh, they said it all was. Like it all came out of the oven at the same time. Um i dont think so. So I ordered a ½ dz and they lied, not so fresh. Ordered hot chocolate for my granddaughter tried to cool it off for a long time. She still burned her mouth on it. If you order food and a drink you want to consume them together. Way way too hot. Coffee way too much sugar. Will not go back.

I really like this location of Dunkin Donuts. There’s a very convenient drive thru and the staff is always very friendly. English is not their first language, but they do speak it. That has not been a problem for me during any of my experiences there. They’ve redone this building so it’s clean & completely remodeled from the old Taco Bell. It’s also a family run business, which I really like.

I spend most days up in Massachusetts where there’s a DD on every corner. And they get 5 stars. This one not so much. Need to hire English speaking employees who can take an order correctly. Had to repeat my order three times and they still got it wrong. Very disappointed. Think I’ll stick to going to the gainesville one.

The donuts are fine. But sandwiches are tasteless and coffee is over priced. I can go to Starbucks and pay $ 2.56 for a regular 20oz coffee and why is Dunkin just as high for coffee with less favor?
Don’t use the phone app at this location. They take more money off your account. Happen 3 times.
Oh Dunkin corp, email them 3 times over 2 weeks. No reply.
Goodbye Dunkin POOR SERVICE. One star is too high of a rating.
