One of my favorite little cafes. Great sandwiches, specials, and coffee. Love the«beefy blue» sandwich, and at one point they had a really tasty chorizo quesadilla special. Their espresso is very smooth and has a hint of chocolate which is delicious. At times, the coffee can be on the weak side though. One negative comment I have is one time I ordered chips and guac as a side, expecting maybe house made or at least good quality chips based off of all the other types of things they sell. However what I got looked like plain Doritos, and they were incredibly salty. Disappointing. Other than that, never had a bad experience here and I love the sandwiches, I always try to stop by at least once whenever I’m in town.

Haven’t even tried the food yet but the coffee is awesome, the place is clean and comforting, and the customer service is the best I’ve seen! If you haven’t been to this place you’re missing out!

Tried an ice vanilla latte, strawberry smoothie, Santa Fe sandwich, Italian sandwich and BYO(build your own). They were all delicious and the sandwiches came with a small side salad. I enjoyed the food and it was all organic. The employees were all very sweet and friendly. I would come back again.

Could be 5 stars… Love this place, have visited them several times for breakfast and for brunch, the food is so fresh and flavorful, all organic which is another reason to visit… So, why not 5 stars, speed of service, it’s not an issue for my wife or I, we love sitting on Main street and watching the world go by, but there is a point when you have waited 25 – 30 minutes for a Burrito that you have to knock a point off the score… That aside, we love and will continue to eat there

Major dissapointment! Went for breakfast on Mother’s Day. Iced coffee with regular ice cubes, not the coffee ones mentioned in other reviews. Ordered stuffed french toast. Waited close to 15 minutes for it, only to have it come out with no syrup. The young lady working the said, «Oh yeah, sorry, we don’t have any». Told her that maybe she should have mentioned that when I ordered. She shrugged, hemmed and hawed, and said«Uhh, we have honey». Not the same. Took one bite, so dry and gummy. Asked for a box and the other young lady there dumped it into a box and handed it to me. Not planning on giving them another chance. There are better places in Warrenton to try.

I was in the Warrenton for training and I just so happen to stumble upon this café. I was originally looking for a coffee shop and I searched Unilocal to see what was in the area. I saw pictures from other customers who had been here and I instantly has to check this place out when I saw their ice coffee with coffee ice cubes! How genius! The Salmon Benedict is to die for!!! Great customer services, all items are locally grown, organic produce and everything is made from scratch. They also have a kombucha on tap!!’ I can’t wait to try! I wish I lived closer but I will certainly be traveling 45 mins to dine in :)

The reviews were right.!! This place is great. Found it on our way driving up north. Had the breakfast burrito which is served all day. Delicious !! Great people work here — outdoor seating if you have a pet :). Totally recommend this hidden gem :)

Lots of gluten free options. They can make most anything on their menu into gluten free. Great little hole in the wall place.

The food at Hidden Julles is consistently good. There are very few restaurants where I would order a sandwich, but they offer a variety that you wouldn’t necessarily be able to slap together at home. I love their brie and chutney sandwich. Something to keep in mind — it’s a very small restaurant being run by a small staff. During the lunch rush, it’s probably going to take quite a while to receive your food and there may be no seating. There is some outdoor seating and a dog friendly patio. If you want to buy local, organic, and healthy, go for this place.

The food is always good but the service is very slow. It once took 25 minutes to get my egg benedict order, and I was the only one in the store. It also came out cold, like they made it and then forgot their one customer might still want to eat it. Recently, it took 15 minutes to get a lox sandwich made up. Again I was the only one there and there wasn’t even cooking involved. Just putting smoked salmon on a bagel with cream cheese. Just seems oddly slow — but yes… Great food!

Stopped in for a mid day breakfast. This place serves breakfast all day! I had the Monte Cristo breakfast sandwich and a caramel latte. The service was fast and friendly and the food was tasty. I’ll definitely come again.

Back again this place is great we always stop in when we are in town. My favorite is the Monte Cristo and a Blue Topaz smoothie. Tammy got the Reuben and a Julles smoothie. Great healthy food. Fun fun!

Hidden Julles Café is an excellent organic eatery in Warrenton, VA! I frequent their establishment often with my fiancé! Their sandwiches are always tasty and fresh! One of my favorites is the Monte Cristo, it comes with frech-toast like bread, ham, cheese and syrup! Their smoothies are also pretty good too! I would certainly recommend Hidden Julles Café to any visitors to Warrenton and Warrentonians alike!

Way too expensive. Slim veggie options. No cheese on some sandwiches. Julles salad comes with soggy raw brie rather than the«cashew crusted brie» advertised… and there was a hair in it. All in all, WAY too much money for mediocre(at best) food.

Everything was made fresh and was all absolutely delicious! It takes a little longer than your average lunch stop but it’s expected as everything is made to order. Totally worth it. I definitely recommend it to anybody wanting to hang out and have a nice relaxing bite to eat and a cup of coffee. I will be back! :)

We were looking for a place to have lunch on Sunday afternoon after attending a church service in the area. We called ahead to make sure they were opened on the July 4 weekend. The girl who answered the phone very helpfully offered to «reserve» a table for our party of 6, but when we arrived we saw she had simply pushed together two tiny café tables with a handwritten sign. We appreciated the effort, however, considering we were occupying nearly half the seats in the restaurant! Ordering takes place at the counter; we brought our drinks back to the table. My apple-ginger juice was absolutely amazing, and my family sipped their coffees while we waited. .. and waited. .. and waited. After 20 minutes the first two plates came out, and the last one didn’t arrive for nearly an hour, by which time the first pair had long since finished. Obviously they’re not used to large parties, but they didn’t even apologize for the wait, and we had only ordered sandwiches! The food was decent. I liked my turkey-bacon-avocado special, except that there was way too much bread — I ended up ditching the top half and eating it open-faced. My dad’s Monte Cristo was good. The Caesar salad, however, was terrible — basically, they had substituted mayonnaise for Caesar dressing. No one could eat it. I loved the neighborhood feel and the emphasis on local, organic foods, so if I were back in the area with a smaller party, I’d probably give them another shot.

They had me at their friendly service! All the employees smiled and said hello. My corned beef and egg breakfast sandwich was excellent and the coffee with free refill was awesome! I give them two thumbs way up. So many of the chain coffee places have lost that personalized customer service feel. This place offers it in spades(whatever that means –sounds good though, so I’m sticking with it. ;))

This place really is a hidden jewel! Hidden Julles Café is a perfect spot for a casual breakfast/coffee/smoothie. There is outdoor seating on the street level, but the café itself is downstairs to the right(hence the name hidden julles). The first thing you’ll notice is how friendly the staff is and they will tell you that everything is local and organic. There are specials written up on the board in front of the register, and the rest of the menu items are written up on the side wall adjacent to the register. They have all sorts of great breakfast items and smoothies. I got the breakfast burrito with guacamole and my boyfriend got the Montecristo — French toast with turkey and cheese(complete with syrup!). I also got the ruby red smoothie, which was delicious. Our food came out in no time and the staff was more than helpful. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Warrenton, and I highly recommend this place!

The atmosphere is great, the variety is impressive and the special was pristine — foccaci turkey avacado blt. The pesto chicken salad was tasty, but dry. Love the vibe and would definitely return my next time through.
