I went to this place this morning and I was just going to watch a movie and I noticed that there was a jewelry store in the same place as the movie theater. I have been looking for princess cut diamond earrings for a while and I couldn’t really find a really good price on them when I went into this place I spoke to a lady named Mary she went over and beyond to find me exactly what I want. She even showed me some stuff in a catalog that she can order me. I am very happy with my new shiny earrings and will be coming back to this place for any occasion. Had a terrible experience at Victoria’s Jewels with regards to the quality of their craftsmanship followed by the quality of their customer service after the poor craftsmanship. Mary told me she would call me herself to discuss what they could do to fix the issue after her jeweller looked at the piece and she never called. She had someone else call me and hid in the back when I went back to pick up my piece. If I could put zero stars I would. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

I was referred to Victoria’s Jewels by a friend and they said they were super friendly. I was looking for a birthday gift for my mom so I decided to stop in.
I talked to Mary and she helped me out a ton! She was a super friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out a charm bracelet by Chamilia and also some cool little charms.
