Kroger Food & Pharmacy

Take some pride in your business. This place is as nasty as their toilets. I only went here to grab something last minute. How can you call yourself a business and have a place this disgusting.

I finally am giving up on this store. I just went last night, hoping beyond hope that this time it will change, but no. I have come to the conclusion that it will never change. If I could give a ½ star I would. I like Kroger because they offer a large variety of organic food, but you actually have to have food on the shelves to be considered a decent store. They had nothing, half the stuff in the sales add was gone, and the other half was really hard to find and they didn’t have much. The salad island was abandoned. Ridiculous. Stock some shelves people. Not to mention, that 98% of the carts were randomly placed throughout the parking lot. When I went in, there was 4 carts available for the customers. Oh, 3 left after I took one. Do not shop here. I will not shop here myself anymore unless something is done. Oh, I forgot. Watch out for sales items. Read carefully. The product on the shelf isn’t necessarily the product for sale. The sign might be there that says 2 for 4, but that doesn’t mean its for the product on the shelf where the sign is. I am tired. I don’t have the time to go from store to store to store to find what I need. And this store has nothing, and its been that way for a long time. I AM DONE!!!

I thought it was just me!!! This location has made me hate Kroger.
Reasons I hate it:
–the staff is SO RUDE. SERIOUSLY.
–not only are the staff rude, but some of the customers are too!
–cramped, dirty, dark store
Reasons I go here:
–for some unknown reason, I am convinced this is more convenient than the meijer down the road. I need to really snap out of it and come back to reality lol.

I used to work here. Countless times people would put dairy items and frozen items back when the here checking out and we let those items sit their awhile if we were busy before putting them back on the shelf. No lies. Next time you shop grab the items from the very back if you want fresh.

As far as Kroger’s go– This is the worst!
Dirty, old feeling, bottle return is nasty and you shouldn’t have to check to make sure the products you are buying are not expired or already opened! No need to approach the customer service staff– they need a lesson on customer service!

I used to like Kroger a lot. But it feels like every one around us is old, outdated, dirty and has questionable product quality.
This is indeed the case for the Dequindre location in Warren. This location never feels clean.
The biggest problem I run into is expiration dates. I’m glad I check dates because this location isn’t on top of it. Several times I’ve found various products on the shelf that have expired
The prices are on the high end as well… The only reason I go there at all is for a few different products that only they carry. I never do a full grocery shopping trip there anymore.
Not saying you shouldn’t… but I advise you to check the expiration dates and compare prices!
