This pizza is extremely awful! The pizza we ordered was sloppy and SUPER greasy, that whole night and next day my stomach and my boyfriends stomach was soooo up set! I’d NEVER go back!

Food is fresh and awesome! This place is right near my grandmothers and whenever I’m over and she doesn’t feel like cooking, this is the place we order from. Now, I’ve ordered from here many times and have never had a problem with the delivery taking long. I’ve also picked up good from here, and ate inside. Always loved it. You should definitely try the cheese breadsticks! They’re a family favorite!

So here I am about 2 years later. I should know better I really should. Ordered a little after 5, it is now 6:15 and still no sign of my pizza. Just called and was told they are just leaving NOW with our food. So 1.5 hours for one pizza and breadsticks. Ok I have learned my lesson, never again. Delivery is never less than 60 mins, ever!

Pizza is always perfect here! for the size of the pizzas and price its worth the little bit of extra time they take to make it right. Nothing is worae then pizza that is pre-​made and cooked through a fast oven. try the bbq chicken pizza or the buffalo. Hands down best pizza around!

Agreed on the delivery situation. I really don’t understand where the breakdown is – order-​takers or delivery drivers – but it usually takes an hour to two hours plus a phone call or two (or three, or four) to get your food. And every time you call, they say «It just left.» Which really means, «oh, crap!» I’ve also gotten the wrong order or had things missing, too.
The food is… Papa Gino’s. Anywhere you go, it tastes the same. Luckily, I’ve never gotten cold food, but they have a serious problem delivering in Bristol, that’s for sure.
