I had no idea this place even existed until today. The lemon pepper chicken wings, mac n cheese bites, and the ribs are amazing. Friends and I needed a spot to for lunch. We came in today for our lunch break. The waitress was very nice and very helpful in choosing a good selection of food. We didn’t have time to play any pool, but hopefully we can make it back here for the weekend with some friends.

I came here the other day for a work outing and initially I was impressed; the place is very big and they have many pool tables that appeared to be in good condition(I did not actually play). However, that is where the impressive part ends. They had a decent beer and liquor selection, but no drink menu, and unless you wanted something like a rum and coke, the bartender did not know what to do with the more novelty liquors. The subpar cocktail I received was a steep $ 6.75 for the quality. Pretty much all of the food on the menu is deep fried. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, which at $ 7.95 seemed like a good deal. However, when I ordered I was told that they are«rolled and deep fried», so essentially they are taquitos, not quesadillas. And when they came out they were very small and not worth the price. We had a group of about 30 and we had called ahead to reserve an area, so they knew we were coming. Yet it took 2 hours for everyone to get their food and that was with people getting served at all different times, having to remind them multiple times what we ordered and them coming around multiples times trying to serve food that was not ordered. It was not very organized and our server seemed completely lost. If you are interested in just pool, I am sure this place is fine.

The servers don’t pay you any attention. They pour bottom shelf liquor into their top shelf bottles. I’ve owned a liquor business for 24 years, you can’t serve me Smirnoff and expect me to believe that it is Grey Goose! The pool sticks are pure garbage! A league will occupy 10 tables, but they won’t let walk-ins play, even if they have 10 spare tables. All current and previous management SUCKS! Oh, and the food will surely make you want to vomit after 1 hour of eating it.

Walked in on a Friday night and sat by the bar. Bar was not busy at all mostly people playing pool. The waitress took 10 minutes to come and greet me because she was in an important conversation obviously. She just looked at me and said hi. Never asked me what I wanted to drink. Just stared for about 2 minutes then I ordered. Ordered food and she never checked back. Not once ask me how everything is. When I asked for my check she nodded and again not a word. Food was«decent» nothing over the top. No seasoning at all on the chicken. Will I ever eat here again? Most definitely not after this experience.

I’m not usually a pool player(mainly because I suck at it), but I wanted to come here and hang out after dinner. I live just around the corner, so I thought it would be convenient to try this place out. Pros: +Huge place. It’s got over 21 tables, and they all seem to be in great condition. +$ 4 Bloody Marys. Awesome. Comes with a pickle, but a tad too heavy on the vodka. +Not too loud. A good ambiance for hanging out with friends. +Has food. +Clean restroom. +Late hours. Cons: +Smells like cigarettes. Why? I thought it was illegal to smoke in public establishments? –1 star. +Waitress took about 30 mins to come and take our drink orders. It’s a nice place to come chill with people if you ever get the chance. It gets pretty busy, even on Monday nights, but you’re bound to find a table.

This place use to be a good time, but since they raised there prices we won’t be back. $ 5.75 for a well drink during happy hour is outrageous. When this so called«happy hour» is over they are $ 6.50. They also have a breakfast basket, don’t know why, but very over priced for an Egg McMuffin. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The food and my drink were horrible, service wasn’t that great either. It also smelled like smoke.

Since Snookers closed this is one of the only standing pool halls I know of in the area… and fyi, I don’t consider the Loving Touch a pool hall as much as a martini bar with $ 1 coin operated pool tables. Situated in the south Universal Mall strip, the tables here are in decent condition but the sticks are absolutely horrific. Most of them had a bend to them and a gloss finish means that they stick to your off hand on while shooting unless you brought hand chalk or powder. I’d recommend bringing your own cue if you’re planning on some serious competition. Drinks were reasonable and it didn’t get busy until at least 9 or 10 pm so if you want a quiet place to shoot this is a good one. Service was pretty solid and they have both 7 and 9 foot tables. I’ll be back, but I’m bringing my own cue from now on. They have bands that play here but I haven’t been here for a show yet… I’ll be checking into that too and I’ll update later.

Its alright. but they close at 11pm. they have a lot of pool tables but the cues are really bad. I couldn’t find one cue which would be good to play with. The waitress was so damn rude. pretty big place but definitely not impressed with anything at this place. Wouldn’t really recommend this place to anyone. They charged 7 dollars/hour for pool, which not so bad.

Nice and Dim. Decent Pool Tables. The waitstaff always makes sure you’re good, but we always seem to catch a Tournament no matter the night. And there’s a 50 – 50 on whether or not you’ll get a drink that’s satisfying. Once upon a time there was FREEPOOL on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, not sure now. You’ll have to call.
