Horrible customer service. I was receiving flowers after being in the hospital, and they kept calling me all afternoon to see when I would be home. They called another time saying they delivered the flowers to my door. However, nothing was outside my door. I called to say I didn’t care about the flowers, but that they should be careful because someone else received my flowers. The lady on the phone was so rude and said the driver «saw me open my door.» They saw a neighbor open the door! We have several buildings at the apartment complex, and they got delivered to the wrong building. I hope whoever ordered the flowers never orders from here again and we never will either. Never tell a customer they are wrong and your driver is right! I had to walk to another building to take them off someone else’s porch.
