Burger King

For a burger king its as expected. Nasty, greasy and thoughtless. But this one is clean and the food was as expected.

Yumm… My favorite place to go when I need a Guilty pleasure.
I’ve been eating healthier and every time I go to fast food I get sick except at Burger King.
Flame broiled beef and delicious buns and the melted cheese so good. Haha

I get Whoppers instead of cheaper sandwiches because I want the lettuce, tomato and onions on them, which the other burgers don’t have (I am trying to eat more vegetables). I had eaten 20 to 25 Whoppers over a three-​month period, and I finally got annoyed after getting several that were skimpy on the vegetables. So I complained (politely) to the guy behind the counter, and much to my surprise, he argued with me. He said I had gotten enough vegetables, and that my complaint should be about the pictures, which were exaggerated. Yes, I knew that the pictures were exaggerated; but if Burger King is going to publish exaggerated pictures of their food, they should try to make their food that way.
I was irked enough by the clerk’s response that I sent an email to Jan Companies, the owner of the restaurant. At first they didn’t answer, but after sending it again, they sent an apology and mailed me some coupons. So I was satisfied.
However, later I found out something very interesting: You can ask for extra lettuce, tomatoes and onions on a Whopper and get them for free. In fact, you can get onions for free on any sandwich (but tomatoes and lettuce may cost extra). I find this interesting because it allows Burger King to post exaggerated pictures of the Whoppers, showing lots of vegetables, without actually putting so many vegetables on every Whopper that they sell. You CAN have your Whoppers the way they look in the pictures, but you have to ask for them that way. Sneaky!
This Burger King has a large dining room which is usually empty. Most of the business they get is drive-​through. If you like to eat without a crowd around you, and if you have a taste for fast food, it isn’t a bad place to eat. However, the prices are high. I can get more food for less money at other places in town. Also, the music is usually too loud for my taste.
