Went for a cell phone battery. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was in and out in no time at all. Wasn’t sure if it was the battery, but they confirmed it. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Would definitely go there again.

UPDATE: Kurt, the CEO of Battery Giant reached out to me in reconciliation for my experience. He explained that this manager was indeed wrong, and that they can take returns from other locations. He also expressed that all location managers have been made aware. He even gave me his e-mail address for future concerns. This effort has merited the 1-star upgrade to a 2-star review. I may consider going there again, perhaps a coupon will lure me back. Or better yet — throw me a bone for the bad experience, Kurt! :-)
