The experience with Artvan is awful. We bought a sofa from Artvan last December. Two legs of the sofa are bented and one of the leg is completed broken and detached from the sofa. Artvan customer service claimed that the broken from force which we do not accept. It’s only me and my wife in the house using the sofa(we don’t have any kid) with occasional friends coming over. And total weight of me and my wife is less than 270 pounds! Artvan does not agree to replace the sofa for us but only offer to replace the leg which does not solve the issue and potential safety concern at all. Don’t buy furniture from Artvan!!! Really disappointed!!!

Shopping at Art Van is like buying a car, or getting your taxes done. The process will take hours longer than it should, involve overbearing staff upselling the hell out of you, and you leave with an empty wallet, a product you’ll have to replace in a year and a vaguely dirty feeling inside.

Awful experience. Drove all the way there and they kept telling me my invoice, which they gave me 5mins prior at customer service, was bad and I couldn’t pickup my furniture. Went back and fourth printing new invoices. They need an overhaul. No wonder reviews are poor

Sales associate helped us find the furniture we’d researched online, measured it, informed us of our financing options. Never felt pressured, never hovered around us. Tom Stork was supremely helpful.
