Taco Bell

Was refused service for anything grilled or fried 30 minutes prior to closing time. Will never be coming back to Taco Bell.

Almost always a longer wait time than other Taco Bells, but it has a great location so most of the time it’s still worth it to fend off a dirty Taco Bell craving.

Extremely clean and attractive dining room. Actually inviting! This store is in a very busy area and it is spotless. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and personable. Food was very fresh and servings were more than generous.

Fast food is a whole ‘nother world when it comes to rating. You’re not expecting amazing food (I hope), but I imagine you also have standards (maybe). So my boyfriend came up with a system. But this really only works with chains you’re familiar with because you generally have certain expectations due to past experiences.
First, start at 3 stars (this is because if you’re going there AGAIN there’s obviously something you like about it, or you’re just a masochistic freak).
Second, if customer service is good/​unexpectedly decent, you up it by one star. Bad? Lower it a star.
Third, mess up the order? There goes another star. You could consider this customer service. But I separate them as such; customer service is how you’re treated. Getting the order wrong is their overall competency.
Fourth, if the food is surprisingly good, add a star. It can happen for sure. Ways food is fair or mediocre: not refreshing the ‘dump’ (like fries or chicken nuggets) or leaving something under the heat lamp or NOT doing that at all. Most of this comes to employee diligence and if handling the food is done correctly, you’ll come out with some pretty good tasting fast food.
SO ANYWAY.
Four stars because it started at 3 and has good service. Food is on par with your normal Taco Bell. And I mean normal, not terrible. There are some terrible Taco Bells out there, man.

I have always been pleased with customer service I receive here. The food is standard and same as every other bell but the service sets it apart. I appreciate consistently good service.
