With a garage door that wouldn’t open, I was stuck. Ronen was able to come promptly. In addition to fixing the problem, he proposed a solution to keep the problem from recurring. All for a reasonable price. Very pleased.

Ronen is truly amazing and does a fantastic job with the least amount of money. He will not charge you anything extra or ask you to replace things that dont need replacement. As a matter of fact, when I asked him to replace a part, he fixed it for me for free and saved me money.
He is punctual and very honest and is a great person to call in case of a garage door issue. I will most definitely call him again if I have trouble with my garage door again. However, the way he fixed the door, I do not believe I will have to call him for that door for quite some time now.

Easy to book an appointment with their online booking tool! Just click and schedule. Ronan, company president, arrived onetime and gave upfront estimate of the repair required and gave options for additional maintenance. Quickly performed the service keeping us informed of his progress. Also noticed several issues with second garage door system that he quickly repaired (missing bolts, misrouted tension cable) that were impacting the performance of the door. Super prompt efficient service. Very friendly and knowledgable. Very reasonably priced. I will be calling Mass Garage Doors in the future when I am ready for new doors!
