Great attitude and also price fairly. Professional about their job but still great to talk to while they were working. As an engineer, I felt Scott knew what we was talking about and explained everything clearly and why it needs to be replaced which is a great thing since it felt like he wasn’t there to upsell but to hell keep your doors working great for years. He noticed a bunch of items that needed to be replaced which I didn’t notice since I’m not a garage door expert. Now my door is quiet and smooth. Never realized how quiet a door could be.
