Jeff Fisher Windows

We had a wonderful experience with Jeff and his team for the installation of new windows in our place. He works with products from multiple companies and so was able to give extremely helpful advice on what types of windows he would recommend for where. He responded quickly to questions, and his team started and finished the work exactly in the pre-​designated time frame (except for a couple very challenging windows in the garage that they came back to complete soon after.)

Fisher Windows replaced 8 windows in my home. I received many quotes (and got an education along the way on the huge variations in price from different sources). I liked that Jeff is a privately owned business that specializes in windows. He was also professional, friendly and responsive to my inquiries. His prices were also very competitive for good quality windows.
I was concerned about the mess and repair work I might have to do to my trim after the installation, but they were clean and only left nail holes, which I expected. They didn’t re-​install my blinds right and I had to call them back to fix it, but they did so the same day. The order was also incorrect in that I had ordered windows with a 4 pane upper sash, which is what I had on my old windows but received single pane windows. The order said single pane, and I didn’t catch the mistake. They could have easily charged me to change, but they came back with the 4 pane windows without cost to me.
All in all it wasn’t a perfect experience, but nothing ever is. I judge companies by how they handle customer service, and Fisher Windows earned a 5 star rating in my book. I got the impression Jeff has worked hard to build a solid business and takes customer service seriously. I have told all my friends about the company and will definitely hire him again when I’m ready to do the upstairs.

We had all of the windows replaced in our 1925 house. I was quite apprehensive to do this because we have nice paint, wallpaper, wooden blinds, curtains, etc… that I did not want to get ruined in the process. Well, I needn’t have worried. Jeff’s crew did an amazing job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones with no mess and no breakage. I was so impressed with the way that they worked. They were considerate of our time, space, and property. I love that I can now open all of our windows easily. The Pella windows that we installed are high quality, energy efficient, and the look is in keeping with our colonial style house. They recommended a painter to us to come and paint the window frames after installation. This process also went very well. Our new windows look like they have been here forever. A+ experience!
