This is the only drive thru in the area! Thats the pure positve on this place. I generally don’t eat this food but my kids sometimes do eat here. Today they wanted to grab some chicken fries which I reluctantly agreed to. They wanted to snack on something while I ran an errand. They came out with their food and no napkins. Sent them back inside to get napkins and they came out and said the person at the counter said they had run out of napkins and they did not have any. I sent them back in with the food to ask the manager for a refund and return the food. The manager said you need napkins and handed them a stack. Only half the food was eaten. 2 stars for the only drive thru, 0 stars for food and service.

I used to think that burger king is a chain. After eating here, I feel this has no connection with the burger king chain. Un-fresh food, crappy service, completely avoidable

I’ve been a regular customer at Burger King locations for 30 years, but after the disappointing experience I suffered at this location today, I will never eat there again. In fact, disappointing doesn’t even begin to describe the disgraceful service that I received. Here is a rundown of the events that took place. I went through the drive thru and ordered two cheeseburgers, a value fries, a value onion rings, and a small coke. Notice how I say small coke and not value coke. Until today, I’ve gone to this location every day for lunch so I know the difference. I then proceeded to the first window and paid for my order, then I went to the second window to pick up my order. The woman at the second window(who was also the same woman who took my order) handed me a value coke. I told her that I ordered a small coke. She replied saying that this was a small coke. So I told her that I think it’s a value coke, and she said yes. Then I repeated that I ordered a small coke. She proceeded to argue with me saying that I ordered several items from the value menu. This was true, but that has no relevance to the fact that I ordered a small coke. She then takes the value coke back and another employee hands me my bag, confirming that there was a cheeseburger inside. I asked him if there were two cheeseburgers inside, to which he replied no. I told him that I ordered two cheeseburgers. The woman who took my order told the other employee that it should be two cheeseburgers and that she entered the order that way(which she clearly didn’t). The woman who took my order then starts arguing with me, saying that I should have told the employee who took my money that the order total was wrong — as if it’s my job to make sure that they are processing their orders correctly. If they had just done their job correctly in the first place, the entire issue could have been avoided. I told her that all I want is what I ordered and I don’t care if I have to pay more to get it. The woman who took my order then starts conversing with the other employee in a different language, laughing it up. Now since I did not understand the language they were speaking, I cannot say whether or not they were talking about me or not — but regardless, it’s rude to start speaking a different language in front of a customer, and even more rude if they were talking about me. After they finally gave me what I ordered, I parked my car and went inside, understandably frustrated with the entire experience. I handed them the food and told them to give me my money back and that I do not appreciate them blaming their multiple mistakes on me. The woman who took my order acted very sarcastic with me, did not apologize even once, and was very insincere with her attempt at acting nicely now. Do you want to know what the kicker is? The woman who gave me all of these problems was the restaurant manager! Now as I previously stated — I’ve been a lifelong customer of Burger King and I visit this same location every weekday for lunch, and never have I been treated so rudely. It would be bad if I received this type of treatment from an entry or mid-level employee, but the fact that it was from the manager is absolutely inexcusable. Needless to say, I submitted a complaint about this experience through the Burger King web site, but they only allow a maximum of 500 characters in their submission form, so I was not able to provide them with all of the details as I’ve done here. However, I do hope that the district manager in charge of this location is reading this review because it’s definitely something that no customer should ever experience and should be followed up on.

I don’t usually write reviews, and not for fast food places, but I agree with Liz P. I don’t often go to fast food places, but I did feel the experience of my visit was good enough to warrant a good nod in the direction of this particular Burger King. The place wasn’t busy while I was there and my order was hardly complicated. Very friendly service, VERY clean place and in very fine fettle. Nice space. Food was well prepared, even neatly packaged. Nice.

If only I could give them a zero. The proprietor either is clueless about the crappy service provided by his staff or he/she is just using this to write off losses against other income. Try this: two people in line, me and a lady in front of me who apparently has had some problem with her order. So after patiently waiting for the counter staffer to sort it out, imagine my amazement when she looks up at me and without a word, turns and walks to the back. Thinking she must be going to grab something quick(what I can’t possibly imagine), I stand there stunned for a couple minutes while the blabbering idiots working the drive thru continue to ignore. So I left, only to be goaded by my wife into going thru the drive thru as the only reason we were there was to satisfy her craving for one of those stupid cheap vanilla cones that she loves for some God-unknown reason. After waiting another 5 minutes for one car in front of us that finally lost patience and peeled off, we gingerly approached the window to be handed what was now a quickly melting vanilla mush volcano. Never again. They can’t go out of business fast enough in my opinion.

Worst burger king service and food. The chicken nuggets were old and disgusting. We asked for sauce for our nuggets and they only gave me 2 dipping sauce. This place sucks.

This is actually one of the nicer Burger King’s I’ve been to. Being only a mile away from where I work, it makes for a convenient, quick lunch stop when I want to escape(erm, leave) the office. It can get busy around noontime, but the staff turns out the food pretty quick. I’ve never had a problem with an order here. The interior is where this BK really stands out. Large windows surround the dining area, letting in plenty of light. In the center are two potted trees that give the room a nicer feel, like you’re not just in a fast food joint. They also have a flat screen TV running various programming to entertain you while you eat. It’s definitely not a typical BK interior and the extra touches are appreciated. The food here of course is typical BK fast food fare, but definitely one of the better locations in terms of the food prep, presentation, and flavor. Service is standard, nothing that stands out good or bad. All in all, a consistent, solid Burger King location.
