they are closed!!! nooo~~~~!!!

I was really impressed to get a great services from this post office :) the man who works there he is so helpful and nice. There are so many selection of stamps. I will never go to other post office but HERE same price but BETTER service.
Why not? …

I have been to this tiny post office kiosk twice now. First time I shipped a letter to Arcadia, purchased a letter size envelope, the man who was helping me told me the total price, but didn’t tell me the price of the envelope. Good thing I asked. Lack of politeness from the initial impression.
2^nd time going there, I had to get a package sent by priority mail, and there was no way I was going to get to the public post office in time b4 closing. So had to come here as alternate choice. Bought Forever stamps along with shipping priority mail package. Cashier gave me a set of stamps with dog-​ear corners. I asked her if I could exchange the set she gave me for a better set, and she said that was the last one the store had. Good thing I saw in the drawer that she had another set of the same stamps, which she refused to show to me. What a liar! But I chose not make a fuss out of it.
The third and last trip is the last time I will set foot to that kiosk. Went to mail a postcard, and the young girl charged me $ 2.10 for postage. Went to the public post office on South Diamond Bar Blvd to send another postcard, and the clerk only charged me $ 1.10.
Unimpressed with the visits to this store. Never going back there for last minute mail errands :(

Came here twice, I hate going to asian places because all the asian people treat you like criminals or aliens. If you don’t want to be treated so badly, then don’t treat others that way either.
The small children here and annoying but it’s even worse when the bad parents don’t teach them what’s rude.
There was a line the first time and no line the second time, so it’s normal.
it’s very small, but It’s okay. I probably will not come here often, only emergencies.
still WAYYYYYYYYYY better than the one on lemon. Do not go to the post office on lemon. it’s terrible. I will go review that one next.

This USPS is located inside the Han Nam Market World supermarket. Even though the size is small, don’t let looks deceive you. The USPS in Lemon is closer to where I live but boy I purposely came to the one here and the customer service outshines the one down on Lemon. The man working here was extremely kind and helpful and he was very proficient. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this USPS for great customer service and will be coming back here forever more.

After going to the post office off Walnut that was CLOSED! I drove another 4 minutes here…
This is the 1^st U. S POST OFFICE I’ve been too thats located inside a Korean grocery store/​shopping center.
There is a sign outside with the U. S postal Logo, but it doesn’t tell you where its located!
But out of common sense since it was placed on the same building as the grocery store, I walked in and it is to your left and near a few other small shops. VERY TINY and cramped!
It makes me wonder if she’ll keep my packages safe…
She scanned all my items and the total was nearly $ 23.00,
CREDIT/​DEBIT transactions require a $ 10 minimum which was no biggie…
I gave her my card and she said.“Sorry the machine not working“
I was already running late for work and I parked pretty far b/​c it was a busy Saturday.
I had to run back to my car, LUCKILY I had cash! for emergency’s like this!
Overall nice lady, she was a fast worker.
She also sells Lotto!
They close at 4:30 Saturdays!
Of course, closed Sundays.

I decided to come here after my bad experiences at the Post Office on Lemon and I like this one much better! There is no line and the man working here is very nice. I was literally in and out of here in 20 seconds after dropping off my packages and asking a question. However, if you have a big package, it is a longer walk to get to the post office, but the extra distance might be worth it to avoid the stresses you might encounter at the Lemon one.
Extra perk of going to this one is you can also shop for food after you ship your stuff!

My favorite Post office! I’ve lived in Walnut for several years and have always gone to the one on Lemon, because I thought it was the closest one, the people there are rude and try to rush you!
This post office is so much better, all the times I have come there has been no wait!
Joe is very helpful and polite, he has the best prices not like some other privately owned USPS stores.
I will be coming back here forever haha.
Its also nicely located in a very convenient korean supermarket, lots of parking, nice people :) oh and good food!

Just paid another visit to this post office because it’s a few minute drive from my work place, and I’m glad to say that I’ll be a regular here for whenever I need letters and packages shipped internationally. Friendly and helpful staff! Efficient, too. There’s a limited selection of greeting cards and some boxes for sale in case you needed the shipping material.
The US post office occupies a tiny space located inside the Korean market; just enter through the doors and it’s to your left. Plenty of parking space!

This is a small branch of the main Walnut post office in the Ham Nam store. It is very convenient to park here in the large parking lot and walk into a postal center that does not have long lines. The employees are always helpful and they have all the supplies.
We send mail regularly and thanks to God we have never had a problem.
This main store of Han Nam is also a rest area for Asian tour operators who stop by this place and when they get down many take their luggage with them in the store.
When two or three buses have arrived together that is when you see a major rush hour/

Best post office in this area.
Short line and good for eating/​shopping for Korean food.

This is my local post office, and I love it. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. This place gets pretty busy at times with the local residents and all the surrounding businesses. With that in mind, I often find a nice long line there in the afternoons. The workers are really efficient, and even with a long-​ish line you can get in and out pretty reasonably. Even when I just drop off mail the parking lot gets a great deal of action, but the customers are pretty curtious. With all the negative opinions of the postal service, this place seems to be the true diamond in the rough.

came here around 4p on a Monday and there was only 1 person ahead of me. the guy working there was awesome and really helpful. I missed the priority over-​night delivery and he let me know. instead of jus standing there and looking at me like I should have known that and waiting for me to leave ((like most other post office workers would do)), he quickly suggested another way to get my bills out for tomorrow.

i never been to a post office where the workers were so helpful and friendly. they helped me package what i wanted to ship and gave me the best rates so i saved money. they offer a wide range of services that other usps post offices dont have. they dont charge extra like other privately owned post offices. there’s also no lines and waiting at this place. Lots of parking because its located in a market that has a food court with good food and bank.
