McDonald’s

I always come here but today was pretty annoying. I ordered a 10 piece (not a meal) and the girl didn’t tell me that I would be getting more for my buck with the 20 piece (Literally 50 cent difference). I asked her if I could change it and she said no. It was right after I put my order in. I said Oh Well but the more I thought about it, the more annoyed I got on my drive back home. You always learn from mistakes. I hope others will learn from MY mistake. They won’t tell you.

I know it’s Mcdonalds, but there are Mcdonalds with better customer service.
These people at this store is just plain rude I just wanted to throw my food in their face.
If you hate this job so much just quit.
It is not our fault that you are flipping burgers.

came here at 4am with my buddies after playing some bball and the playing some late night friendly poker. i was assuming that they were going to serve breakfast food (which i dont personally like) but at the same time i was hoping for them to still be serving up some big macs. I go in and to my surprise i see the combos on their menu and i saw THE #1 combo that serves bigmac and fries. I was like oh crap they serve THE BIG MAC DADDY ²⁴⁄₇ and was really excited. And just when i think things can’t get any better, it all goes downhill from here.
So I’m starving to death and im waiting infront of the cashier to order the big mac combo but no one was infront of the cashier. Me and my buddies waited around 7 – 8 minutes just until someone came to ask what we wanted. I ask for the #1 and the rude little cashier boy says we dont serve big macs right now. so i ask why the big mac combo was on the menu. He then proceeds to pull this little lever or something that switches the breakfast menu to lunch/​dinner menu (because he forgot to switch the menu beforehand) and doesn’t even apologize for making that mistake. His response was ‘BRO ITS 4:23 in the morning, what makes you think we serve big macs right now.’ okay so lemme breakdown why this is an issue because i need a new paragraph to delineate my frustrations.
1) your lazy ass forgot to change the menu and when i came in i EXPECTED you guys to be serving breakfast only and when i saw the menu not being changed YOU got my hopes up.
2) whoever was the cashier, look BRO i am not your BRO. I am a customer and you obvious had NO training prior to taking your job in regards to customer relations, calling me BRO.
3) dont make us WAIT 7minutes before you actually take our order and then create this dumb ordeal for me when i am STARVING.
Look i get it. It sucks working in the fast food industry. I worked at Wienerschnitzel before and yes I HATED IT TOO. However I was a highschool kid and wanted to learn some hard work and make some extra money for myself. ALTHOUGH i didnt like working there, I took pride in my work and had proper work etiquette when serving my customers.
Advice to whoever works in the food industry (especially that rude little hispanic cashier) when you screw up on your job and forget to change our menu and take your precious ass time to take our orders and make your customer already angry, dont be calling them BROS, PALS, AMIGOS, FRIEND, OR ANY OF THAT CRAP!

I ORDERED 2 HASHBROWNS (WITH NO SALT) FOR THE TEARS DROOPING DOWN from my face was the salt that went into my hash browns due to my NON EXISTING BIG MAC that i DID NOT EAT!
just kidding about this last paragraph, i was obviously upset so i left and took my fatass to jack-​in-​the-​box across the street.

I luv coming here in the mornings! Doesn’t matter if u only have 5 minutes to get to work and have 5 others in front of you. They are quick and always bubbly, my order is always right and they are never rude. Tou guys are great!

I rarely come to this mcd because my order is wrong 90% of the time. I came here the other day for a quick meal and to go online, it was just me and another guy dining in. After about 20mins, one of the employees in a navy shirt came out and started sweeping at my corner in a near empty restaurant. He specifically swept around me launching all the dust on to my food. Then he got out a metal container filled with soapy water and proceed to pour it everywhere creating a mini flood around me before I could leave. He could have just asked me to move across to the opposite side of the room. 1 star is a bit too much if you asked me, I can’t wait for the day when employees of this mcd are all replaced by a kiosk.
PS. Fries here are always stale, always.

I like where this McDonald’s is located in Diamond Bar right off Colima and Brea Canyon road. It’s the perfect stop for a snack, that’s a 20 piece chicken McNuget and medium sized French fry and I shared with my wife. The only thing that was missing was hot mustard sauce and I don’t know if they were out or just did away with it I hope that thy were just out, because if they did away with hot mustard sauce BRING IT BACK!!!

You’re standard McD: I usually eat the pies, fries and nuggets — most of the time they come out good. The McCafe drinks are a cheaper Starbucks alternative — sweet but does the trick — almost usually consistently made well.
Small, convenient location when getting gas.

They’re probably the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever ever ever been to.
I’ve come in and an employee said «hi we’ll be right with you» and then takes out his phone to text or something.
I’ve waited over 10 minutes to just get me a mcdouble, mcchicken, and large fries.
There’s literally no enthusiasm in any employees and I have some sympathy since it is open for 24 hours and it must be tiring but employees never smile or show any form of interest in their job.

The outside traffic is horrible as it is shared with the Chevron gas station. Other than that it’s your typical McDonald’s. A great place to kill two birds with one stone… fill up your car with gas and fill up your stomach with some Mickey D’s! Service can be a little slow since it is one of the smaller McDonald’s that I’ve ever seen.

Combo Chevron /​McDonalds with cars traveling every direction.
Don’t walk in to this place or you’ll be on someone’s bumper.
Trust me… go through the drive through so ya don’t get hit.
Sometimes, this place can be the best with your meal, like100% perfect and fast. The nice smell of a cup of coffee as you munch down your egg McMuffin, and crispy hash browns so hot that you’ll burn your little fingers. And a nice side of very tasty cold O.J. with a tiny bit of crushed ice in it and a pleasant cheerful welcome and a pleasant thank you.

Then again, this place can be total misery with your order totally messed up with slow service. The smell of stagnant stale coffee as you’re munching down a cold slopped together egg McMuffin and soggy limp hash browns so cold that you think they just got them outta the refrigerator. And a terrible side of warm O.J. and watch them yak with each other as they throw the food at ya. «yakity yak… don’t come back.»
I’ve experienced both :-) :-(
NOTE: Also they don’t put your total on the screen. What’s with that???

I LOVE my Mickey D’s! I always order from this list of delicious items:
— 10 or 20 piece chicken mcnuggets w/​bbq sauce or sweet n’ sour sauce
— Cheeseburger or double cheeseburger from their special value menu
— Medium/​Large Fries… extra hot!
— Classic grilled chicken sandwich
— Big Mac
— Double quarter pounder
— Iced mocha w/​nonfat milk… delicious!
Yummmmmy! I don’t eat McDonald’s as regularly, but I get my fix about once every 2 or 3 weeks! They have the BEST french fries and the BEST mcnuggets. Their iced lattes are sooooo good & so inexpensive too!
Hmmm, I wonder why this particular McDonald’s received such poor reviews. I’ve only had good experiences at this one. The workers at this McDonald’s have always been friendly, have always gotten my order correct, and have always been very quick. Also, it’s open 24 hours, which is great for those late, late night cravings.

This McDonald’s is garbage. Always screwing up my orders, huge attitudes, and I ca
n’t stand when their registers «close». They make you pay cash and dont give you a receipt. Just yesterday I ordered a big Mac with no pickles. It even had the extra receipt on the burger wrapper that said no pickles… sure enough, I got pickles. This has happened too many times.

Messed up my order… but the girl at the counter handled it so well that I am now a big fan. Textbook example of great customer service.

This McDonald’s is the closest one to my old high school, so naturally, my friends & I often came here for our late-​night hangouts.
I’ve had a lot of good memories at this McDonald’s, but definitely NOT with the staff. They are often rude and inflexible with what you want. My order has been denied more than once because I only wanted the chicken nuggets, not the meal… or I wanted to order a meal with a McCafe upgrade, but she told me I had to get both. Just charge me individually for everything. I don’t understand why it’s so hard.
The only reason I give it 3 stars is because it’s often empty so we have no problem finding a table. Also, the fries at this McDonald’s are spot-​on. .never soggy, which is definitely a factor for me when I am deciding whether to go to this McD’s or the location in Walnut.

I come regularly since it’s close — for breakfast or a quick bite sometimes.
By now I know most if not the entire staff and there’s always this one Asian girl who looks as if something’s stuck up her a#&.
Seriously, I work in the restaurant biz too (two jobs plus full-​time student) so don’t tell me I don’t know what it’s like.
Every time I order from her, I get attitude or the wrong order. Like earlier today, I ordered what I always order and I got charged/​received the wrong amount. Plus attitude when asking for some extra condiments.
I’m going to call you out and email corporate if you mess with me again.

The worst service even for a McDonald’s! There are plenty of other McDonald’s in the area avoid this one.
Employees are clearly having conversations when you are placing your order at the drive thru. They ask you to repeat your order because they didn’t hear you over their collateral chit chat and they still get it wrong when you get to the pick up window.

I have to review this McDonald’s for one simple reason… at 9 AM on a Saturday morning, this place was PACKED with senior citizens.
Seriously, everywhere I turned, almost every table and booth was filled with senior citizens. I never thought I would see a Mickey D’s become a senior citizen hangout, much less packed to the point that there’s a 30 minute time limit to have your meal here.
Otherwise, your typical McDonald’s experience… although, this location is open 24 hours.

24 Hours! + stars on that.
Only got their soft serve ice cream, and that’s all I need!
It’s a non stop craving… that comes late at night.

The most Healthy and Cost Effective Breakfast comes to you from Macdonald. I enjoyed this awesome morning meal and it is enough to fill a 200 lb person however any one around 100 pounds then two people can share this meal. Remember to mix this bowl before eating.
