From Walnut Creek to San Francisco. The driver arrived early; and his driving was impeccable.
Will definitely employ them again.

So I decided to write a review about this Airport Shuttle Taxi after an excellent service I had yesterday. It went like this: I phoned them the night before I needed to be at the airport. Driver arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time the next morning, gave me a call to let me know he was outside, and got me to the airport quickly and safe. I was surprised to see only two reviews about this company and both of them are only one star because I have been using this company for over a year now and NEVER had any problem with. I have been using a lot of taxi companies before them to get to the airport but none of them weren’t as CLEAN and PUNCTUAL as these guys. 5 outta 5 because the service deserves it!

This company used to be very reliable and I had good experiences with them as I make trips to SFO often. I guess the ownership has changed or something has changed that this company is no longer the A+ company. I had scheduled with them to pick me up at the home at 4AM heading to the airport. I called right at 4AM and the dispatch tells me the driver should be there in 2~4minutes. «OK, no problem» another 5 minutes past. The driver then calls me telling me he should be here in another 4min he had problems starting the car. Welllll, «okay». I wait another 4 min then the driver calls again then tells me now I have to wait another 15 min. I asked him where he was and he was still at least 10 miles out. I said forget it and took my own car. He just couldn’t get up in the morning is my assumption. True lire.
