Arranged service to/​from SFO about two weeks ago.
Arrived at SFO at midnight last night. Collected bags and called numbers listed in my confirmation email for over 20 minutes with every call going to voicemail. Used Über to get back to Walnut Creek area.
Based upon my experience — Get service from someone else.

Used this service to transport my parents to and from a restaurant for their anniversary. The limo was is very nice shape, very clean, and the driver Sam was very courteous, nice, and well-​mannered. The limo showed up on time and was able to bring us back on a very timely basis. Overall the experience was very positive.
I would have given this company 5 stars but there was a slight mixup when the driver showed up. This was a surprise for my parents, so I am sure the driver was careful not to ring the front bell and spoil the surprise. But he also did not call my cell phone so I did not know he was there initially – and I did not think to check the front of the house until 10 minutes after the pickup time – so we ended up leaving a little late. Minor issue. I would definitely consider using this service again and coordinate the pickup a little better ahead of time.
