If I could give it zero starts, I would. I have never had such a horrible experiences. I have paid for an 80 minutes (40 min body and 40 min feet) massage. By the way, they take the payment upfront. And they charge additional $ 5 for paying with a credit card. When the masseuse came in the first thing she said was «I will give you 30 minutes feet and 30 minutes body. 30 and 30 is good. 40 and 40 no good for you». I was speechless. Then she proceeded giving a massage like she has actually had no experience at all. 20 min into it, she walked out to get a hot towel. She was gone for 10min! When she came back and I asked her what happened she said «sorry, I had to go to bathroom». Then 20 minutes later, she went to get another hot towel. After she was gone 5 min, I had enough. I got up and found her in he front office arguing with other masseuses. I just wanted to leave. They gave me a refund for half of the massage cost. I just did not have enough energy to argue. Such a waste of my time and money.

This place was one of the worse parlors when the previous management run it… after changing hands, I was hopeful that they would put their act together and change their attitudes, so I paid a few visits to see if anything got improved. It’s worse now. Everything is terrible there, even the e-​mail address they post is a fake. If anybody wants to give it a change, all I can say is good luck and be ready to be robbed.

I visited royal massage after a week ‘s high tension work, and it was wonderful. I always have back pain and my shoulder always hurts. Due to that, I was suffering headache and pain all the time. They listened to me and asked about where my pain was. Royal is a true healer, after I leave the massage rescue, my body and muscle feel so relaxed. I think i will not go back to any other massage place.

These one star reviews are trolls and cheap skates that don’t know good value when they see them. They provide better massages than the fancy spots for half the price. Better than massage envy and definitely more affordable.

Trust the reviews, this place is terrible. Worst massage ever. I had 3 different people come in and out. It was a joke.

It was the worst experience of my life getting a massage, I usually get massage about 2 x month so I know as an athlete for many years what a bad massage is.
#1– front desk tells me that massage is $ 50,but she charged me $ 52, as much as I don’t care about $ 2 it would have been good to know about the charge.
#2– massage was not a massage it was just a rubbed.
#3– masseuse left me waiting in the room in the middle of the massage for 15 minutes!!!
When she comes back she said that this time will be added to my massage.
#4– she doesn’t add the time
#5-​as I’m walking out and said bye she asked me about her tip, demanding that I must tip her, I asked if she was out of her mind n that I was hard for me to believe that she had the nerves after having me waiting for 15 min n not adding the time to demand tip from me.
Please do yourself a favor n don’t go there.

This was my first experience here and I just walked in off the street. I was taken immediately and had an amazing full body massage with William. I am planning to return!

Had a Groupon for an hour massage with aromatherapy. I wasn’t sure how or when the aromatherapy would happen. The massage was finished and he left the room. I exited the room and asked for the restroom and there seemed to be a language barrier so I planned to mention the aromatherapy to the woman at the front. When I came out of the restroom she wasn’t there. I left feeling a little scammed. The massage wasn’t that bad, but when I arrived I told the woman at the desk that I wanted a little more focus on my neck and that didn’t happen. Overall, it was okay but I left disappointed and unimpressed.

You can park in front. It’s next to an Italiano ristorante. Or you can park in back where there is also an entrance. OK, you’re there. Here’s what you get: a massage that can be either soothing or vigorous, or both, you choose. What you choose is what you get and it will be a complete head to toe massage with some soul thrown in. These Asian masseuses know what they’re doing as they stroke your muscles, finding the knots and kneading them away. They will press on you and find certain spots and apply pressure and you’ll be in massage heaven. She’ll complete the massage with a nice neck caress and a scalp and face massage. Finally she will rub you down with a towel fresh from the streamer. You’ll walk away saying, «Yes, yes, yes.»

Hands down worse massage of my life. I came in with my gf for a couples massage (which they put us in separate rooms for). The bathroom had shit all over the toilet to start things off nicely.
When the 25 year old, non english speaking chinese woman walked in, she was smacking her gum which lasted the entire hour. She tried to make small talk as well to practice her english, Im glad my $ 80 went to such good use. In addition to the distraction of her gum and broken english, she decided to walk on my back for half the massage as she dug her boney heels into my already sore back. When she massaged an area, she would do so over and over until it became so painful, I had to tell her to move on.
The strangest part was when she decided to straddle me and just sat there for a solid minute in silence without moving. She then asks if Im ok, so I say ummm are YOU ok? She pauses again and then laughs and says yeah.
Now I know why they make you pay before your massage upfront.

Paid too much, mediocre massage, and unprofessional language barriers!
We did a couples massage because we saw a $ 80 and hour special, it’s right by our place, and it’s Valentines day, so we though why not.
When we got there I asked if we needed to fill out the health questioner on the counter and the woman that said in broken english ‘no but to pay now.’ We paid and were sent to our rooms with no directions as to what we should do/​expect and there was no couples massage room to my dismay (false advertising).
Our massages were not bad and the ladies seemed nice. The girl that massaged me was nervous or something, her motions were not smooth and she was dressed in street clothes, torn jeans and a snoopy shirt. Suddenly just as I was really starting to relax I was asked if I wanted water and I realized that it had only been ½ hour.
When we were ready to leave they asked for a tip. I told them that we paid for an hour massage and only got a ½ massage. The older lady said ‘I don’t speak english’ and I then pointed to the sign. They looked confused and it was apparent that there had been some kind of miss communication. The older lady walked away and we just left. I wanted to ask for a refund for half the massage time that we did not get and give them tips but I don’t think they knew how to give refunds and/​or even understood what had just happened.
I left wondering if this is even a legitimate establishment? ShouldI say something to Better Business Bureau?
Long story short, avoid this place.

My wife and I have been to Royal Care several times. We find the facility clean, quiet, private and well managed. Oh yes, every time we have received an excellent massage. I personally like a deep tissue massage and have never been disappointed. We have always left Royal Care feeling refreshed and feel we certainly received our moneys worth!
