Massage Therapy by Vadim

Vadim is a real professional. He understands how to heal through massage. I had a severe back problem due to sciatica that hurt my back and leg so badly I could hardly walk. Vadim really showed his knowledge and experience and got me back in shape after a couple of sessions. He is very kind and knows his stuff!!!

Being a massage therapist myself I need to get bodywork often and I have wasted my time and money going to many other people. I should have asked my dr. For a referral sooner. I came in with one complaint with my body and he totally did a much needed full body massage with focus on my certain areas. And he gave me great tips on how to maintain my body. I recommend him to anyone.

Vadim is exceptional. First, he listens and asks questions so he knows what you need. I was extremely stressed because I had to find another place in less than a week and had just moved the day before. I was in a lot of pain from old injuries. Vadim was able to work on pressure points and release tension in my sacrum that before only worked with cortizone. Plus, he is very knowledgeable and if you ask, he will offer suggestions on exercises and care. He doesn’t talk unless you want to and intuitively knows what you need at a certain point in your life. The best!!!

I can’t believe it took me so long to find Vadim! I was so afraid of visiting a massage therapist because I have so many physical problems including just having gone through a knee replacement 7 weeks ago. After my first visit, I knew I had found a gem.
For the first time in several years, my hips felt relaxed! I had forgotten what that felt like because this problem had been around so long. Yay! I also felt like I had better range of motion with my knee after my massage. He worked on the knee expertly, always paying attention to my cues as to whether it was too deep.
I’ve let my friends know how much I am benefiting from his knowledge and care. If you’re reading these reviews and are wondering whether you should call, don’t hesitate! You will not be disappointed!

As a chiropractor, I have two important needs that Vadim completely meets. First, I personally need maintenance care, and secondly, I need someone to whom I can refer my patients for longer body-​work sessions than I currently offer. I think about 20 of my patients have gone to Vadim so far, and ALL of them say he is excellent, and many of them continue to go to him. Not only is Vadim very sensitive with his hands, he’s smart and knows his anatomy and many techniques which he integrates seamlessly into his amazing sessions. He can go deep but he doesn’t «manhandle» you — he knows what you need. Sometimes, he will do visceral massage or stress reduction massage or use hot stones, or work deep in your hands. Also, Vadim is a kind, sweet person who really cares about his patients and doing a good job. I’m surprised there aren’t 50 5-​star reviews here! Come on, folks! Finally, he is an excellent value, as many other massage therapists are more expensive and not at all as good as Vadim. I highly recommend you go to Vadim! You often will have to leave a VM but he gets back to you quickly.

My wife who is a chiropractor & I have been receiving massages more or less regularly from Vadim for several years. He is intuitive, knowledgeable and quite skilled. I most recently had a back issue for which he saw me on the same day that I called and helped me to the extent that I was able to play racquetball the following morning (and even won three games!). My wife & I recommend Vadim without reservation.

I told Vadim he had magic hands, and he laughed. But it’s true! I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders, and only Vadim can make it all better. I go home and take a nap for a few HOURS after I see him. Total relaxation! It’s a miracle I can drive home.
I’ve been to other massagers (masseuses? whatever) and the last guy who worked on me had to give me two ice packs because I was in pain before I left the place! I learned my lesson and won’t go to anyone but Vadim.
A couple things: he doesn’t work on Saturdays (boo!) because I think he focuses more on traditional physical therapy massage for patients like Lee S. I can also echo Sherri S., Vadim is not one of those Reiki «let me pat your skin» type of massage therapists. I personally enjoy massages where I get beaten like a piece of meat, so Vadim is right up my alley. Obviously, he’ll ask you if the pressure is okay or if you want more.
Anyway: very nice/​cool dude, he works solo so there is no day spa noise/​yammering, he will pound your muscles into submission, and is worth grabbing a weekday appointment!

Disclaimer: I have no prejudice toward any form of treatment (conventional or otherwise) that works. Suffering with chronic pain issues, and having pursued every traditional medical treatment available to me, I now consider Vadim’s work an essential part of my long-​term treatment and pain management. Two weeks after starting with him, I experienced the first pain free day of my life in over two years. Vadim has a profound understanding of his practice and the impact of his work goes well beyond the feel-​good effect. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

You will not be disappointed in Vadim. Not for someone wo wants a «gliding type» massage. He gets to where your body needs it most and makes it all better. He’s quite knowledgeable and is easy to connect with. He uses hot stones… heavenly. I recommend the 1 ½ hour massage. Nice music and good parkking, too.

Vadim is amazing, caring, talented and really really good at doing therapeutic massages. He’s working on surgical car tissue that is in a bad place and very painful. It’s making a big difference and for that I am grateful.

Vadim is not only a phenomenal Massage therapist. but is incredibly professional, knows and understands his business well. What I love about my sessions as a very very busy professional is that he takes the time to make sure that I have relaxed and that my 60 min or 90 min on the table is a vacation get away for my muscles and stress level. I never walk out feeling like I did when i came in. The Absolute best. I have been going to Vadimfor the past 3.5 years. I recommend anyone who needs relaxation, muscle work to schedule an appointmet. The studio is very clean, convenient to get to and to park.

Vadim is not only an extraordinary massage therapist, he has a heart of gold and knows how to listen. Some folks have it, some have to go to school to learn it, Vadim is a natural at caring for others.
