I found Integrity Pool Service online. We needed our filter cleaned after not having done it in quite some time. Jason, the owner, came when scheduled and I watched the filter go from filthy to clean. He was perfectly polite, helpful and professional while on the job. Upon his departure, he gave me his card and told me to call if I had any questions and if I liked the service to feel free to Unilocal.After he left, I noticed the filter was dripping water off the belt in the pump house, so I texted him a picture and asked him if this was normal. His response was that it would take a couple of hours to pressurize again but if the water continued to drip that he would come over the next day and adjust the belt. I rechecked the filter several hours later and it was still dripping. I texted him this information and he said he would come by and fix it Saturday, the next day. We were out of town the next 8 days and he never came to re-adjust the belt, which means it dripped from Friday the day of the service through the following Saturday, a week later. When we arrived home my husband ended up readjusting the belt himself . I also asked Jason via text what the pressure gauge should read after being cleaned and he responded between 12 – 16PSI and that anything above 20 indicated the filter was dirty. Our pressure gauge, after his service, read 18 and has continued to climb to almost 24, so I texted him a picture of our gauge. With no response in over 8 days to any of my texts regarding wether or not he had made it over to adjust the belt or answering questions about the gauge reading, I called and left a voicemail. He responded to me via text stating, «I cleaned your filters you stood there and watched me. Your filters are clean.» This rating is not based on how he cleaned the actual filters. They looked fine. I did stand there and watch him do it. The customer service post cleaning was poor. He did not follow through on re-adjusting the belt to fix the drip and he did not return texts or phone calls regarding my questions. I was told that he would appreciate it if I would not compulsively text him(I was on vacation for 8 days and only texted him to check in to see if he had made it over to complete the belt readjustment during that period to which he never responded). I was also told that my filters were clean and I had nothing to worry about(regarding the pressure gauge question) and that I should call Leslie’s. Bottom line Jason was not professional in customer service at all, after he received his payment of $ 120. He did not follow through on completing his service and was rude to me. I would not recommend Jason at INTEGRITYPOOLSERVICE, which is a bummer because I like to support local small business. :(

We just hired Integrity pool and all I can say is WOW! Attention to detail was perfect and the pool looked extra amazing for our out of town guests this weekend. Highly recommend. Prices are lower than the rest too!
