I love working with New Image! They are always quick to respond via email and phone. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking out types of flowers, trees, and plants. I’ve tried a few other landscaping companies in the Bay Area but New Image is the best (service, quality and price wise!)

New Image Landscape has provided quality service for years. We have hired them for multiple job sites and they deliver quality work always in a timely fashion. They have provided landscape maitenenace to a number of commerical properties we own. They service the entire San Francisco Bay Area. I have strong relationships with their contacts and they provide excellent client relations. Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone looking into a new landscaping project. Prices are fair, their service is friendly and courteous, and they get the job done.

My parents needed some front and backyard work done recently. A friend of mine suggested I give New Image a call and am I glad I did. They did an awesome job on my parents’ property. Customer service was great. They listened to our needs and made suggestions of their own. All the work was performed in a timely manner and did I mention, their pricing was very competitive! Would highly recommend New Image!

I am giving this review 1 star because there is not other option and that is the lowest point in terms of rating: I called and left a detailed msg with my name and phone number. That was probably 2 weeks ago or so… They are either very busy or don’t need the business. Either way, I am leaving a review base on what I’ve experienced here.

Very professional and they meet the City of Fremont’s insurance requirements. I had a City tree that needed to be removed and I also wanted it replaced. Their price was very reasonable and lower than other companies I contacted. When I got home, you couldn’t even tell they had been there, except for the new very small tree compared to the one they had removed. Their arborist Jim Nathan educated me on my trees — Never top a tree. Didn’t know that. Will definitely use these guys again.
