I’ve hired EMS for a couple years now and think Rick Salsman is the bomb. He’s easy to work with, easy to understand and super consciences. I’ve had a recurring issue that no one seems to fix but Rick did some research and helped me out — and so far his fix is working (yay Rick)!!
Everyone at EMS is sharp and knows their stuff; rates are reasonable and scheduling is simple. And Rick is the cherry on that chocolate sundae.

I love easy Macintosh support! Dude, I was freaking the heck out when my computer started not booting up. I don’t know what happened, but all of a sudden it started getting stuck at the apple thing. I have tons of projects going on and this was literally the worst timing ever! I hit these guys up and they came over the same day. Rick was really nice. He figured out that my hard drive was dead or something and installed a new one. Now my computer is back and faster than it ever was! I think the system is new cause my iPhone texts are now coming up on my screen too and I love it! Thanks apple, that’s pretty sweet. Anyways, I was just so happy that I wanted to let yall know!
