Domino’s Pizza

Used to love going here when I was working. I’d stop by and grab a pick up order. But tonight I tried to get a pick up order but they said they’re closed. Their site says 1am and he told me that that’s for delivery only. I was like, okay well I’m in my work truck and I’m right outside your door, deliver it to your parking lot and it’ll be the shortest delivery of all time. Trying to add a little humor, and the shithead rudely said no, that’s not how things work around here. Screw you man, I was trying to be friendly, I don’t need an attitude from a PIZZA BOY!!! Seriously how retarded is it that you can have it delivered but you can’t pick it up. Get with the times dominos. SMH

Good price for a three topping large pizza. Good customer service. But the pizza sucked. Better off getting digiorno.

Great delivery service and pizza. The pizza is delivered by the time they suggest or even beforehand.

This place came through for me in a pinch, I’ve been trying to be healthy, but I didn’t make lunch and I’m working the night shift tonight, this place is always good, always delivered hot, always delivered quickly, what really seperates this place though are the delivery drivers, I work at the hospital and I always talk to these guys when they come in, they are always In good spirits and seem to like what they do, but tonight I ordered with my food a small coke, and Urian the driver says we are all out of the small sodas so I brought you a large one, score, I don’t order pizza much but when I do I’ll order from this one!

Great service, great pizza! The drivers and staff are always professional. If there is a problem, which is rare, the manager fixes it and goes above and beyond. I see that there are some people on the reviews here that are unsatisfied, however, I would rate their customer service along with the likes of in and out and Chick-​fil-​A. My guess is the folks you left these reviews are really satisfied or did not call in a call manner to get their problem resolved.
Long story short I’m very satisfied and will continue to be a customer.

It’s great! Their handmade crust pizza is pretty darn delicious and I shock my friends with how good it is. I just wish they would put more garlic sauce and Parmesan cheese on their cheesy bread bites! More the better! ;-)

I thought we finally found a reliable pizza place with decent pizza. The last two times we have had pizza it’s been cold it looks and tastes reheated and this last time I personally had to go walking to the property next to us to find the first driver who hasn’t been able to find our apartment. I finally get back and the soda she brought exploded ALL over my apple lap top our counters and a huge mess on the floor. Looks like we are done with dominos. Plus we live two minutes away. A cold pizza is unacceptable.

1^st lets start with the Multi-​online coupons you can add. 2^nd the pizza tracker letting you know the status of your order. I ordered a hand made and listened to smooth slow jazz (Provided by Domino’s mood setting pizza tracker) falling in love with my delicious pizza as it was being made. The delivery was fast and easy. The pizza was grate and the cheesy bread bites with garlic sauce set it off… i just saying. id hit it again… yum. yumm!

Two times my credit card was hacked as soon as I ordered pizza delivery from this place. Be aware! They do good delivery, on time but someone is stealing credit card information there.

Bad form Domino’s. Very bad form!
This location has always been reliable when I use it to order pizza for work. They are always very fast even when ordering a large amount of pizza, and the delivery guys were always awesome.
I called today to try and place an order for some of the managers at work. They say they open at 10:30, yet when I called at 11:00, again at 11:05, and so on for the next hour no one picked up. And trust me, that stupid recording they have playing get’s quite old. I can now memorize the specials they have to offer by heart. I tried calling another location, and sadly we were not in their delivery radius. However when I did tell them about the other location not picking up calls David decided to call them himself. When he came back two minutes later he told me he found it extremely weird that they weren’t picking up, especially since they should have been open for well over an hour. He informed me that I should write to corporate and let them know about it.
I don’t know what’s going on, but I doubt my boss will want to order from them again any time soon. The saddest part of this all, I’m now at home and waiting for my current order from Domino’s. Different location however.

This was my first time ordering from a Domino’s in a long time; I decided to try the handmade pan pizza and it brought me back to when I enjoyed personal pan pizzas as a kid from Domino’s competitor. I loved it! I also ordered wings, pasta and the crunch cakes. I am a bodybuilder and I go all out for my once a week cheat meals… I will definitely be ordering from this Domino’s again. The delivery guy was very nice, too. He called to confirm which apartment building I was in and I received my order in 30 mins or so. Thumbs up!

This is a one star review that gained a star as I was writing.
Doing some late night work and finishing a slice of left over Rocco’s pizza, I realized I wanted some more pizza. It was late no one was open except for the place I avoid right across the street — Domino’s.
Why the second star ?
This place has made online ordering a breeze and the delivery came within 20 minutes. They got into my place, went up three flights of stairs and brought the pizza to my door. The stock has just ripped through the roof and although I wouldn’t have ever thought to invest in them, they have to be doing something right.
The Pizza…
This stuff is hands down the worst pizza in the world. You can taste the lack of quality at first bite (this will also be your last bite before you cut your tongue off). The dough has the texture of a sponge soaked in luke warm grease, bringing on immediate guilt. Eating this pizza feels like listening to the Dave Matthews band. If the Islamic State opened a national pizza chain it would be better than Domino’s. That last bite just tasted like a piece of stale popcorn and the rest of the pizza has been place into the garbage and lit on fire. I was sober for 2 years but am now heading to the bar to get blacked out drunk in hopes of being punched in the face and robbed in an effort to make my night better.

I usually buy pizza here and it is good! But today I guess I was lucky. I went to pick up my usual order and the person that took my call messed up my order of wings. I couldn’t believe but the the cashier very quick solve my order and change for me. Plus as a courtesy for the changing my orders I got a free soda. I didn’t expect so much courtesy and good costumer service. It is honestly I been little sad for the service but didn’t mind to keep buying but today was my lucky day. I felt special not for the free Soda but for the good costumer experience! Thank u! Dominoz at walnut creek.

My friend just canceled an order only because The worker did not wear gloves and the place looks very dirty.

Just ordered a pizza and had to struggle through 2 slices.
Handmade pizza was tasteless and puffy.
In my honest opinion not worth the 13 dollars, or 5 for that matter.
Usually love the regular pizza but I’m sadly disappointed today, sorry dominos

Ordered from Dominos again, and again they didn’t read «special instructions «and didn’t bring crushed red pepper as I requested. The driver didn’t know how much $ extra the pepper was nor did he have it with him. He was so out of it, either high on something or extremely tired that he was delivering to the wrong apartment # even though it was clearly written on his delivery ticket.
Pizza was ok, a bit on cooler side and we had to recut it again. Wings were good.

Dear Dominos,
I HATE YOU! Why are you so damn delicious, speedy with delivery and open late?! Don’t you know I’m a gay man who needs to workout in the morning and not have a carb hangover! Jesus…
Beyond my rant, this location is pretty much one of the best I’ve ever ordered from PERIOD in the east bay for pizza. Always fast and friendly with the delicious devils. Never a time when they ever displeased me on getting an order wrong. EVER! So if your like me whose had maybe a few too many glasses of wine and is on a drunk Muncie mission for pizza in Walnut Creek… this is the spot!

This is the second Domino’s I have reviewed today, And by far the much better of the two. Rebecca took my call got my pizza order taken down and told me they would be ready in 15 minutes For pick up.
When I arrived at the store my two pizzas were done and ready to go.
