Chrissy will change your life! She’s a true artist. It is crazy how perfectly groomed brows can change your whole face. Well worth the wait for an appointment, and the trip to walnut creek during all the mall construction. Go see Chrissy! You won’t regret the visit!

Chrissy does not return messages. I finally managed to get an appointment and was not impressed. All she does is use the Anastasia stencil. Her work is sloppy and there were stray hairs everywhere. I found her to be very unprofessional and rushed. I’ve been to Anastasia before in Beverly Hills. Chrissy does sloppy work then tries to hide it under makeup. I told her that I didn’t want any makeup and she was completely obnoxious and told me that I had to. I asked for change and she lied and said they didn’t have any one dollar bills to get a larger tip. I should have never tipped her. Not the type of customer service or work I would expect from an Anastasia Salon.

I used to go to Chrissy and I was always loving my eyebrows so I decided to try the new person doing eyebrows at nordstroms and it’s definitely not the same I paid $ 30 to have my eyebrows look awful what a disappointment you would think nordstrom would of hired some one a better and not someone that used to work for benefit will not be going back I rather drive to the one Pleasanton or sf and have my eyebrows look amazing than waste $ 30

Chrissy is amazing!
I have always been a bit hesitant and nervous about letting people wax my eyebrows. I’m very particular. Chrissy has never been a disappointment. I trust her and she has shaped my brows and made them full over the years. Her area is very clean and professional. She is quick but does not rush and always gives great service.
Chrissy can get booked up pretty quick so if you have an engagement make sure to make an appointment!

I just had today my first eyebrow wax/​shaping with Chrissy. All the other positive reviews are correct. She does an excellent job. Chrissy was very gentle and gave me some very helpful tips to enhance my eyebrows. I was also very impressed by her friendly and warm demeanor. I just relocated from So. Cal so it was nice to find someone knows what she is doing..

I’ve had much better brow shaping at other Nordstrom Anastasias. It all boils down to the person doing it. The person at Nordstrom Walnut Creek, Crissy,(?) don’t remember her name, was so-​so. Did very little work on my brows. In & Out quickly.
Unfortunately, the great brow shapers haven’t stayed long at most of the Nordstroms Anastasia studios I’ve gone to:(

Saw April Lopez posts on instagram about brows and Anastasia of Beverly Hills and decided to give this place a go. They definitely gave great service. I was taken right to a seat, asked what my goals were, & a plan was implemented. Christian was a great brow artist and very knowledgeable on each product. He let me know what would help my brows grow and how tiki fill them in. The kit is sending abd chimes with everything that you need. And I was thrilled to receive my free bonus gift as well. Thank you.

I asked Chrissy to squeeze me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. She was very kind and went out of her way to work her schedule around so she could get me in since I had an event that night. She made me feel comfortable instantly in the chair and did a great job on my brows! She was also very fun to chat with! I am looking forward to seeing her again!

Best service I have ever had with eyebrow hair removal. I went in without an appointment passing through Walnut Creek and was not disappointed. She squeezed me in and explained her entire process before starting. I felt extremely comfortable and trusting (which never happens at threading salons!). I hadn’t waxed my eyebrows in years and I think I’m officially making the switch. The process was painless and the end result was pleasing!

I am extremely picky about my eyebrows and have been searching the Bay Area for someone that is well trained and knows how to shape them. I have tried several places in San Francisco and a couple of places in Walnut Creek and I always ended up with my eyebrows a little on the thin side. I am SO happy that I finally found Chrissy at Nordstrom! She kept them thick and natural and shaped them perfectly! I am so relieved that I finally found my new «eyebrow lady»!

My previous brow experience was threading gone wrong, where I felt like I looked like a clown because my brow area was so red and swollen. I wasn’t really hung-​ho to jump back in so quickly, but a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do.
This was a great experience and I love the look. I have sparse brows from decades of tweezing, waxing, threading, etc., so there are some areas that just aren’t going to grow back, you have to be a master filler to make this work, and she did! Absolutely love it.

The Anastasia Brow Studio is very conveniently located inside Nordstrom. I have been lucky so far. I am able to get walkin appointments. Krissy does brow, lip, and chin services for me without fail. She has a warm personality and staff around her are helpful.

It’s the best of both worlds! Not only do you get to receive one on one expert advice from a licensed esthetician at Anastasia on brow shaping and maintenance but you get the benefits of expert cosmetic advice in the cosmetic department as well! Nordstrom is know for excellent customer service.

Going to Allison at the Anastasia brow bar is so much better than anything i had done before. I have tried different salons and spas and threading… but they took off a little too much on my brow! ALLISON WAS GREAT! She is helping me reshape my brow the way it should be! I went to class after seeing her and my classmate, I quote: «Girl, your brows are perfect! Who does them?»
My brows are almost filled (the way they should be!) in thanks to Allison! She is super friendly and has helped me with questions about shaping.
(plus i love that she is able to grab things from other cosmetic lines and ring up all at once for me!)
I wish she waxed/​offered more services than just the face… its okay though– at least i know i am putting my best face forward!
