We thought Brian was a great but recently we had issues and tried to contact him for more than 2 weeks and both his cellphone and office phone kept ringing, nobody answered. It did not even go to this voice mail because it was full. A couple days ago we tried calling again and now both phones were no longer in service. Who should we contact when we have questions and issues?. We are thinking about cancelling the contract because we cannot contact anybody. This is not good if you have an emergency.

This alarm system is the real deal. Ive gone thru about 5 systems in the last 3 years.
This system is hands down the best. The Features are amazing.
It beats comcast and ADT… Brian is very professional, on time and he is good with working on your house.

Brian, the manager was prompt, thoughtful and easy to work with, and the system is state of the art. They are new to the Bay Area, so looking to establish a business that ran successfully in Arizona, explaining the small number of reviews. I highly recommend them, and they have crazy good deals as they try to grow.

My husband and I had been desperately looking for an alarm company that would not only make us feel safe but be fairly priced. Ameritech is definitely it… Not only is every single door set up with a sensor every window is too! Our system also has a very cool touch panel, key fob, smart phone controls and text notifications for alarm trips. Brian (the owner) was very professional and demonstrated and explained how to use everything. I would and will recommend Ameritech alarm system to everyone I know.
