Terrible service everything is slow. Waited an hour and a half for them to just tell me to go to a different sprint store. I would recommend going to another store for your cell phone needs.

Had multiple issues with my EVO 3D and I am not alone with that either. Most of my issues has been with the response from the touchscreen. I have gone through basically 4 phones in a month (it knows that my time to upgrade is coming soon) and they have been good to me. Ian (tech) has done his best in trying to keep the phone I have operational. The last phone I was given was a mix of parts of the last 2 phones that I had.
Looking forward to upgrading soon but if you need help with service with your phone, this still has been the place for me.
Remember this place can be busy at times
