If you can get past the horrible customer service, it’s actually pretty hilarious to watch the interaction between the employees. Thinly veiled hatred for one another is always on the cusp of boiling over and from one moment to the next, you never know what’s going to happen. Imagine, if you will, a highly dysfunctional United Nations, where all the country representatives speak only the barest of English, have literally zero understanding of diplomacy, decorum or the slightest understanding that being kind to the people you are stuck working with for 8 hours a day might serve you better than yelling at them. Today I walked in, there was an Asian and a Russian woman manning the registers. The hispanic guy who works there was, I am not joking, hiding at the back of the store behind some cans of pringles watching as the two women bickered. The cause of the argument, was not discernible to me, as I think both women were yelling at one another in their native tongues. The Russian woman was in a complete fit of terror, roughly pulling out hot chicken wings from the oven with such bitterness(over what I’ll never know) that I half expected them to go flying across the store in some kind of vengeful poultry attack. But I really needed a diet coke. So I was ready to take my chances. I sidled past the poor guy hiding behind the chips, grabbed some soda and went to pay. After trying to run my credit card, the Russian woman tells me they’re only taking cash for the next 15 minutes. Why? I have yet to fully understand this, because the explanation involved a lot of incoherent yelling, hand waving and pointing towards cigarettes. I guess we have to blame big tobacco? Without cash, I left empty handed, save for yet another memorable experience at my favorite, love to hate, corner store.

This place is great when the normal guy is working here. Unfortunately there’s this old and extremely sexist woman who works here. She loves telling people what to do and the first time I was here my gf bought some beer and the cashier literally yelled at me in front of 5 customers that i should be carrying the beer because i am the man. First off, that’s illegal. I didn’t buy the beer. I told her«my lady is totally capable of carrying the beer that she purchased». This just happened a second time tonight and I can’t allow people to keep on treating others with disrespect to go unnoticed. I honestly didn’t go here for about 3 months after the first incident and ran into her unkind attitude again tonight and will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Been here several times over the years. Always have stocked shelves, fresh coffee and the main point, The Slurpee machine always works!!! They offer hot/quick/food, never participated. But I will purchase the fresh fruit bowl containers. They offer a few other fresh varieties, and never discount them for the dates. It’s ONLYFRESH. I appreciate that. They also have a Redbox in front of their store, so it’s kinda a win/win! We’ve ran out of charcoal for the grill, and they’ve had it. We’ve needed Drano, and they’ve had it. We needed sunglasses, and they’ve had it. They ALWAYS have it! I’ve really only dealt with an adult female and man. They always greet me with a smile, and I feel completely safe walking in at 3am buying Gatoraid because hubs/me are sick. Awesome place!

We always frequent this 711. We see the same employees and they have been there for a while! It’s nice when they recognize you and have small talk. Very friendly folks. The only issue I have is that the owner(lady) was very rude to me once. I had to call the cooperate office to file a complaint and was advised that I could avoid her because she goes in on Fridays and was given a couple of free slurpee coupons.

Easy convenient location near my place. My go to for my minutes essentials. The staff here is super friendly. Generous parking available. Plus there’s a Red Box onsite.

You get what you paid for, so NEVER expect good customer service from a 7-Eleven. I happened to be around this area, so my friend & I wanted a soda. Since I didn’t want too much soda, I decided to just get a larger one at 7-Eleven and pick up a small empty cup. As I was purchasing the soda, I told him that I had an extra empty cup. He told me that the cup cost the same as the drink. To reiterate him., I asked him«You’re going to charge me the full price of an additional soda for an empty paper cup?» He just nodded and said«Yes». So I paid the price of my one soda, left the empty cup on the counter and walked out. So we then decided to just have lunch at Morucci’s Si Mangia Bene. We ordered some sandwiches and I asked for an empty cup, which they gave me without charging me the price of a drink. I’m not surprised by the 7-Eleven employee’s actions or what he said. It was his attitude, or lack of a personality that made him seemed like a robot. It’s as though a lot of these quicky marts are always lacking in their customer services. Do they forget that they do work with customers? So I don’t fault them nor do I expect anything more from a convenience store., but I can give them a 1-star review for their lack of empathy.

I liked this«sev» a lot more when they had a Red Box outside. Now I only stop by on a rare occasion for a treat or a lottery ticket. The parking lot is pretty bad but the people working here are typically nice and friendly. I will be back.

You can probably find my husband here regularly on any given Saturday. He used to live up the street growing up and stops by to get beer and smokes before he goes on Saturdays to visit his dad at his childhood home. I occasionally stop by if I’m in the area to go visit them also. There is a new family that owns it now and they are very nice people. Once I had to go to the bathroom really bad and they usually don’t let people use it. Well the cashier let me. The bathroom is right out in the open in the back room and my friend came with me to block the view. Or the camera for all I know. If you got to go you got to go I really don’t care who sees. Sometimes they do have those wonderful 7 – 11 Red Velvet Cupcakes but its definitely hit or miss. There is an older lady that works here. Do not mess with her. I think she recently chased off some robbers. She doesn’t play games. Great, convenient store run by a great family.

Friendly cashiers, always there when I need it and it’s right near work. Other than that it’s your run of the mill 7-Eleven. Decent parking available.
