Fabi’s Pizza

Excellent food, best bacon pizzas, gourmet pizzas and Strombolis around. They are very pleasant and delivery service is fast! Highly recommend!

I regret that I moved out of the area because I can’t find a place as good as Fabi’s where I live now. The owner and pizza man is Fabi of Half Moon fame. Pizza here is thin crust New Haven style. Try the chicken pesto pizza.

First time trying this place last night. My friend and I ordered a large cheese pizza for delivery. Delivery was fast and person who delivered was very nice. The pizza was hot too!. This pizza was very good. The crust was thin and the end piece of the crust was fabulous. It had a little bit of a crunch, but still soft enough to chew it. I have to say the pizza crust was cooked perfectly. It was a light to medium brown color and not one part of it was burnt. It also had a very nice flavor to it. Most crusts I have had have been bland, but not this one. The cheese was not dripping with grease either, which was a plus. They did not put too much sauce on the pizza either. It was just the right amount for my liking. The only thing I would say about the pizza is that the sauce needs seasoning. I am not talking salt either. To me, there was no flavor to the sauce. There was a little sliver of overcooked basil on the pizza and that gave it a little bit of flavor, but that was only one bite. Other than that, a good pizza. I will go back again to try toppings on the pizza. I hope the sauce though is doctored up a bit.

We’ve ordered pizza a few times from Fabis. The pizza is very good (had eggplant parm and clams casino last time). They are always quick, hot, and tasty with a crisp crust. Tonight we needed some quick take out, so we ordered pasta dinners. They come with garlic knots and salad that actually includes vegetables unlike some side salads. I will warm you… the portions are very large! Two dinners were too much for me (a runner with a big appetite) and my husband. The eggplant parmesan was hot and not soggy as you might think with take out. The near lasagna was a very large portion and well seasoned. If you need a hearty, inexpensive, and good Italian meal for take out, Fabis is your place.

I have been there 2 times and I think this place has very good food. i had cheeseburger grinder that was better than I expected. The next visit I had slices of a white pizza with broccoli and red peppers and it was very good. the place looks very clean and the service was friendly.

Dee-​lish-​us! Everything is fresh and top quality ingredients. Loved the prosciutto & arugula pie we had, and now they have gluten-​free too! Can’t wait to go back!

Last night we had the gang over and decided to get Pizza, I went to the newest Pizza place in Wallingford and boy oh boy am I glad I did. Ordered a large seafood special it was AWESOME thin crust fresh seafood! also ordered a sausage and onion it too was great. My wife wanted a eggplant sub I didn’t try it but she finished it, that’s something she doesn’t do often. If you live nearby Wallingford I recommend you get your next Pizza at Fabi’s. Oh yeah the owners couldnt be nicer.
