Apparently Walla Walla doesn’t know what good pizza taste like. Take my advice go across the street to the grocery store and buy your own frozen pizza of your choice. It will taste better and you’ll get more for your money. We had no idea the«chicken Cesar» would be canned chicken on lettuce with packets of dressing. Wow just wow

First time in my life ordering pizza for delivery. My day was rough, on my way to Walla Walla my car broke down, anyways after dealing with everything I called these guys up at 9:15 on a Sunday night, they were still open! And it was so easy to order, just gave them my address and order and they said it’ll be there in 40min, so convenient! They were here in 30min and my god hot food was a sight for sore eyes(after being deserted most of the day) and yeah, it certainly was not the best pizza I’ve ever had but it tasted so good! I really recommend for delivery!

Delivery service and food review only. They delivered on time. The driver was more friendly than I personally prefer, I think he needs some professionalism classes. Keep it short and sweet when delivering to a business. I have better things to do than to shoot the breeze with you, like eat the hot pizza you delivered before it gets cold…, set up the lunch for everyone and or get back to my job. The pizzas were freaking awesome. The ingredients were fresh, cooked perfectly and the flavor was perfect. The only thing missing was extra sauce. I personally like my pizza to be heavy on the sauce. We ordered the extra large specialty pizzas, the supreme, meatsa, and veggie. I didn’t try the veggie but my coworker loved it. I’m not a huge crust fan but this was good. I will definitely order from them again, even if the delivery driver was overly friendly.

Best pizza in town! They have great family and carry out specials. You have to try their oven baked subs!

Good, cheap pizza for those days you don’t want to cook. Compared to Little Ceasars… It is better. The bread sticks lack in all that I hoped for though. The Mexican pizza was pretty good, a little dry… Needed some hot sauce to wetten the chew a bit.

I like the pizza by the slice and I love the Meatsa Hot Baked Sub.

Good pizza, but be careful on deliveries. They took 85+ minutes to deliver a pizza promised in 60 minutes and didn’t deliver what was ordered(delivered a basic cheese pizza when ordered a supreme).

Why even have a drive thru?! Fairly good pizza, bad service. Waited in the drive thru line during lunch, along with another car behind me, for over 6 minutes and was never even acknowledged. I get that it gets busy, but at least greet your customers and let them know it may be a minute.

I love their meet calzone or «hot baked sub». It has a combination of many types of meat. Any time I go to town I have 1 meal their. Not the healthy it’s bit if you looking for a special meal that helps the community Big Cheese is it. Big Cheese is proud of all the community sports it participates with and proudly posts each of its placards on the walls for everyone to see. Keep it up Big Cheese.

O.K. pizza until… it’s not… The service is jaw dropping bad. I ordered pizza, recieved raw dough, it was begrudgingly replaced after several painful conversations with employees who are clearly not concerned about the customer experience. Sorry Big Cheese, it’s just not worth it. Did I mention the raw dough?

This place is the best. I mean there are times things do not go right but they try and hire a good helping of teenagers. They support the community like no other business does in this town. Love their shrimp salad and hot wings.

Big Cheese is a good go to pizza joint for those who want something in a pinch to bring home when you don’t have time to cook dinner(just be sure to call your order in 15 minutes before pick-up or you’ll find yourself sitting in their lobby twiddling your thumbs for what seems like eternity). It’s not gourmet but it’s pretty tasty… and hey, the price is nice. Check out their last Wednesday of the month deal and get a large pizza for under 5 bucks. You can’t even buy a meal from McDonalds for that price. My family really likes the stuffed crust option. My personal favorite is the California White, but I wish they made it in a smaller size since I’m the only one in my family that really loves it. The negative: I live about 12 miles away from their store on the east side of Walla Walla, and when asked if they would deliver to my home they said it was too far away. However, it’s really no further than delivering to College Place which I know they do.

«Best Pizza in the West» is a pretty big claim. I don’t think I’d go that far, but it was definitely above average. Just so you know, I am definitely *not* a fan of «New York» style thin-crust pizza. I prefer«Chicago-style» deep-dish pizza(although what they serve at Giordano’s in Chicago is more of a gooey mess than a pizza). But back to Big Cheese. I ordered a large pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple. The toppings were, well, pretty much the same as everywhere else. The cheese was adequate. The crust was a bit dense, but it had some nice crunchy spots, and was satisfyingly thick, about ½ inch. Also, the toppings were close to the edge. There wasn’t the usual thick ring of dough around the edge, which meant that there weren’t «pizza bones» left over. The other highlight was the sauce. I won’t say it rocked my world, but it did have a bit more flavor than what I’ve eaten from, say, Pizza Hit, Domino’s, Little Caesar’s, and the like. My large(14″) two-topping pizza was less than $ 10(they were running a special on large pizzas), so I’ll be eating there again.

While the pizza is just average, it is the service that is a disaster. My most recent visit was at the drive-up window(initially anyway). After pulling up to the window and making eye contact with one of the three female employees gathered around the computer admiring photos on Facebook, I had assumed our single slices of pizza(or at least a chance to order) would be a seconds away… yet after waiting and watching the three«hard working» Facebookers for about three minutes I decided to go inside. This is not the first time service has been less than optimal. It resembles a high school hang out with the job as a bonus.

My family got a large cheese pizza(we like simple stuff), and we were pleasantly surprised! It’s always hard to say if you’re going to like a pizza place, and this one did not disappoint! The cheese and sauce ratio was about perfect, and the cheese was pretty flavorful. The crust wasn’t cracker-like at all, which was a nice change from a lot of the pizza places you get in the Columbia Basin area. It wasn’t overly doughy or chewy or too thin, but just right. My salad was pretty much just a simple bowl of iceberg lettuce and a few vegetables thrown in, but it was still quite tasty with the addition of a jalapeño pepper. I’ll be back!

Their pizza remains great, but $ 16 for a delivered medium Meatsa Pizza? Too much. I could get a sit down meal for that in WW that was more exquisite. Keep up the great pizza, drop your prices. Four stars for relative quality and service, but 2.5 stars for price.

What great pizza! We didn’t know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised. Our kids loved it and they can be picky. We got the Mexican pizza and a cheese for the kids. Not too spicy, good flavor and a great price. We’ll be back next time we’re in town!

«I keep eating more pizza hoping that the next slice is going to be good.» «How’s that working out for you?» «Not well.» Pretty average as far as pizza goes. Inexpensive, plentiful, fast, present at any social gathering at which one is expected to provide food, what with this being Walla Walla and all. But the pizza is still pretty average. Bonus half-star because I played Bubble Bobble there for a minute and a half while we were picking up food for a get-together. There are specials every few weeks, and I guess that’s a selling point provided one wants additional average pizza. I don’t know anything else about the Big Cheese menu, aside from the fact that the flour is supposedly high in protein and that the crust is kind of gooey and failed to endear itself to me. The pizza reminds me a fair amount of a point in my life when I was really into that kind of thing(maybe 1992 – 1995), but now I’m either too much of a curmudgeon or just too hard to please.
