I have called this particular location two days in a row. First time the woman whom answered didn’t have the time of day to answer my questions and rushed me off the phone.
Second time I got another lady and I had to drag the answers out of her regarding their sale. This made realize that there is no way they work on commission because they took ZERO interest in my call. So I took a ride up with a friend, never telling her about the phone calls I made both times. When we arrived no one approached us. We walked around looking at recliners for 10 minutes. We were in plain eye site of where two ladies were sitting in the back of the store at the service desk. I had to approach them and ask questions. They could care less if i made a purchase or walked out the front door. As I checked out the lift chairs (they are not cheap in price) I made a point to talk loud to my friend with statements like «I wonder about this or that» Neither lady came over to address my concerns or interest. They were not busy as we were the only customers in the entire store, so that was not the case.
I bought from this store in 2004 and the staff was friendly and attentive, that is why I returned to the same location. Sorry to say but the old staff is gone!!! These 2 employees are the true example of LA-​Z.
As we were about the leave a young lady named NINA came on shift. NINA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS, EVEN CALLED MY CELL AND SENT AN EMAIL WITH DETAILS I WANTED. I GIVE NINA 5+ STARS. So if you go there, ask for NINA she is the ONLY one who took interest.

My wife recently purchased a sofa and ottoman with the help of manager John Oliver. We weren’t originally going to buy — just look — but the customer service and assistance by Mr Oliver sold us. You won’t be disappointed — i have seen a couple of negative reviews on Unilocal for this location. I think they are a fluke. Clean, organized and quiet showroom — no pressure sales. I like it!

On 2÷21÷16 @ 1pm I went into this store looking to purchase a $ 6300 sectional. After walking around the store twice, several employees made eye contact but no one greeted or approached us. We left to purchase elsewhere. I would not recommend this store for purchasing nor would I want any of these employees working for me.

Google «La-​Z-​Boy Reviews» before you purchase anything from the La-​Z-​Boy Furniture Galleries. I had an unsatisfactory experience and should have read these reviews before I made a purchase. Do yourself a favor and take a nice drive to Belfort Furniture, where the customer service is excellent.
