You are going to get your furniture delivered by this place if they have anything to say about it. We wanted to pay cash and pick up our furniture with our trailer but they make that nearly impossible. They only let people pick up their own furniture one day a week but offer delivery almost every day, which cost, you pay!!! I liked how the furniture looked but these delivery rules made me feel like this place is shady, we’re gonna shop somewhere else.

The actual store is wonderful, so I will give them stars for that.
The issue is with the «Goof Proof Warranty» they talk you into purchasing saying accidental coverage will cover anything etc etc it does not. My cushions detached from the zipper, came completely apart at the seams and because I reported that it happened after I removed the cover and put it in cold water to get a urine stain out they won’t honor it.. .. .. Now want me to pay 70 each cushion and won’t even get sent out from the manufacturer for 30+ days??? OKAY.
Super glad I spent that extra money on the extended warranty (rolls eyes)

This has been the best furniture shopping experience ever!!! All associates at Bob’s furniture where professional and knowledgeable. They welcomed my family and me at the front door and were right there to answer all of our questions. Three gentleman delivered our furniture on time :-) and arranged our furniture just the way we wanted it. I will be returning to the store in Waldorf, MD when I’m ready to purchase bedroom furniture.

Our purchase at Bob’s Discount Furniture in Waldorf was very smooth and the people working at Bob’s appear to care about you and your patronage. I would give them a 5-Star rating except for this…
Our only complaint with our recent purchase was with the delivery service Bob’s uses: Cory Home Delivery in Hanover. Long story short, they drove through our yard the day after heavy rains and caused extensive damage to the yard. Filed a Personal Property Claim through Bob’s and received a letter a week later from Cory’s stating their «investigation» revealed no liability on their part. They also caused some minor damage (scratches) to some pieces of furniture because they don’t protect it when they bring it in (Bob’s fixed this), and they even set furniture in the grass (remember rains the day before).
Very disappointed that Bob’s would use this delivery company and it’s very doubtful we will shop there again unless it’s something we can carry home ourselves.

Absolutely can NOT say enough nice things about Bob’s Discount Furniture in Waldorf. Our sales associate, Diane Roberts, was TOP NOTCH. If you’re looking for an experienced and honest sales person, please go see Diane. She was kind and professional from start to finish and went above and beyond the call of duty for my husband and I. The delivery team was exceptional during both of our deliveries and came when they said they were coming. I definitely recommend Bob’s for any and all furniture purchases in Southern Maryland, you won’t be disappointed!

Bought our second sofa from Bob’s this past weekend. Delivery was fast and always professional. Just wish they offered free delivery. The staff is always courteous and helpful and not really pushy. I like how they let you look around and just check back with you if you have questions. Definitely a pleasant atmosphere and pretty good prices compared to similar stores. I always recommend checking out Bobs to all my friends.
